I literally walked around the whole moon to find soliton flares!
Edit 2: My ghost is finally showing me all the coil locations. I'm currently at six. Not quite as bad now that my ghost is helping lol. Like a dumbass, I deleted all my lower level ghosts and just kept the cool looking ones that I thought I would need. I never in a 100 years would've thought I'd need a helium, or spinmetal, or iron tracking ghost again. Live and learn I guess.
Edit 1: I just wanted to take the time to thank everyone who took the time to offer tips and tricks. I don't care what they say about this forum, you guys really helped me out and I'm super appreciative. Thank you!
I didn't ride my sparrow, I walked all over that damn moon and must've opened 25 bundles of helium coils, AND NOTHING! Is this one of Bungie's sick jokes?

4 답변Find a coil on the edge of a zone no one is in. Open it and run out of the zone. Once you switch zones, turn around and open the same one again. That's how I did it. At times you can find 3-4 coils near the edge of the zone.

You may think I am crazy when I say this, but farming the material for the raze lighter seemed to be much faster than farming relic iron and spinmetal. At least that is how it was for me. The spinmetal seemed to take the longest to farm for whatever that thing is you need for the boltcaster.

1 답변That part wasn't too bad for me. I went into anchor of light and just did a circuit. Got everything I needed without too much fuss. The ones for the Arc sword is killing me though. Collecting spin metal is a pain. I have 5/10 so far but it just takes forever for it to give me what I need. I have the spin metal detector on and it's quite easy to judge where it spawns but it just seems to be giving me 1 flare per 30 spin metal collected. Grind.

1 답변You should be done by around 150. Actually use your sparrow and a ghost that detects helium and aim down a sniper sight to see where they are

Once you clear an area out, it will take a few minutes for them to re-spawn. If you move to the next area it will take about 30 seconds for them to spawn in the new area. If you just go between 2 areas you should be done in 1-2 hours. Use a ghost that highlights the material you want, use a sniper and scope the area. All the active nodes will be highlighted. Collect any kill patrol bounties as well as any vanguard bounties that you can do there as well. I also used the time to level up some gear. Mayhem Clash is excellent for the ability kills too.

1 답변The drop rate is roughly one per 20-25 nodes opened, chests wont do it, you need the resource nodes.
