Reaching 335 is way too easy
Okay so I'm here to talk about how easy they have made it for people that can't even complete the raid to still reach light lvl 335.
For example you could be on the losing team of Iron Banner and still get a 335 drop
You could farm strikes with 3 of coin and get 335 pulls from your exotic engrams
You could do the sigil and get 335 drops
All the stuff named above is way to easy to do, so I don't think they should drop 335
I miss year 1 when we had to have 3 of the same character to try and get full raid gear in which would also raise you to max light, you could only reach max light by having full raid gear
It kinda put everyone in a bracket
I'm all for everyone having fun and enjoying games , but I'm sick and tired of doing Kings Fall hard mode and getting 330s that don't even know what the 4th knight is in the raid
What's you guys opinion on this topic?
Should it be easy to reach 335? Or should there be something that separates the great from the good?

Think about it like this. Yes they are inexperienced when it comes to the raid, but with a max light level they at least have some buffer to make mistakes since they will be outputting max damage. If nothing else this just means a little more communication upfront and knowing who needs a walkthrough and who doesnt. Plus to get to that level without running the raid constantly means a pretty decent grind on their part. They aren't lazy or lacking, they just haven't had the chance to run the raid. Give them a chance to fail before you chastise them. They may just surprise you.

3 답변Agreed. It's been 3 weeks and I already have around 200 335 items and I don't even do trials. Looking like a summer without destiny, unfortunately.

8 답변Also, wtf are you talking about as far as y1 goes? Running 3 of the same class was only helpful during the VoG only days in the very beginning As soon as TDB released it was 10x easier to be max, iron banner,xur nightfall and crota all dropped max gear Not a chance for max, just [u][b]max[/b][/u] After HoW released it was 100x easier than even that You got 6 pieces of etheric light, and 6 max level weapons and armor per week At the very worst it took 2 weeks to have all characters at max with a ton of max level ascension items left over The game is still here Ttks leveling system was broken the way it was, it was far too hard to reach max level with 1 pve activity and 1 pvp activity dropping a "chance" at max gear.

4 답변Ive never had a 335 drop on IB and i was lvl 315 during tournament. It was always around my existing level. Are you sure 335 drops are possible. Because i played many games and rewards never 335

Yeah much easier to hit 335/max light now. I was 320 before the April 12rh outline and was lucky as many were stuck at 319 waiting for the elusive class item. Bungie did that to prolong the grind, to keep players playing. When players felt that their time investment wasn't being rewarded PLUS some new games were released A MASS EXODUS from Destiny occurred. BOOM April 12th and a new update. Bungie decides to make the path to max light easier to obtain based on feedback and wants to bring back players who left plus TRY and get some noobs addicted. Be only completed KF Hard 2X from start to finish since April 12th. It's hard to get a solid group of "friends" together for Destiny as many did not return for long and have now since left again. What we are left with are many new, inexperienced players who like you have said have high light but they don't have a clue. Let the good times roll.

1 답변Considering my luck at getting exotics from 3 of coins (It's absolutely terrible) and the luck of getting a 335 from ANY of those things you mentioned, I must politely disagree with you that it's easy.

The gear from high end activities should be more distinct and seperate from the base pool so that it's worth working towards. Right now, Raid guns are good, but not substantially better or at least unique enough to be worth chasing after as compared to the rest of the RNG arsensal. It's not like the VoG and Crota weapons that were so coveted before. The Raid guns don't need to be game breaking, they just need to be special and do something different. Same with the armor. The armor looks awful to boot. Why put in all the time of a Raid when the armor looks fugly and the guns are "meh"?

While the update raised the light level to 335 there isn't any activities where you need anything over 320 (even that is more light level than you need; 310 is about one needs with a good group) Other's light levels don't affect my game any. The race to 335 was more of just a goofy quest among clan members to see who could be first at having no life but ultimately all in just good fun. Level and Light level are just artificial markers of completion and something to inflate the addictive grind roulette. Inherently meaningless when Bungie could release game the without those restrictions and just have a game you play a la Halo or something similar in the fps realm.

I personally am happy that it's so much easier. I only was able to reach max light back in TDB days and HoW days. I was one of the "Forever 29" players and "Forever 319" as well. Now that I'm 335 with all 3, I can go an enjoy other games I like to play without needing to worry about grinding out in this game.
