Here's my idea: Submit any legendary weapon (excluding class exclusives) you have to the gunsmith before reset day, he will give you a [i]thing[/i], and on armsday, you will have a choice between 3 different rolls. The light level your weapon was at will remain the same, and won't be reduced to 280. The rolls will be completely rng based, so if 2 people submit the same weapon, they won't have the same rolls on armsday. Submitting Non-gunsmith weapons cost 5000 glimmer and 50 legendary marks. Cannot keep the [i]thing[/i] and must resubmit the weapon if you didn't like the available rolls (if you keep the thing until next armsday, the rolls won't change). Submitting Gunsmith weapons cost 2500 glimmer and 25 legendary marks. He gives you the original package for the weapon, and can keep the package as usual as if you just ordered the weapon. The [i]things[/i] take up a slot, so if you are re-rolling 2 of your weapons, you can only hold 1 gunsmith package (did it get reduced to 3 instead of 5?). Edit - Wow, never realized people love grinding for weeks to get a weapon only to have bad perks and start grinding another week or more.
