give people who suck at pvp a chance to go to the lighthouse
i am a decent crucible player who just loves to have fun and play the game and yes i do play trials but every weekend i try to go flawless and end up getting melted on the 5th or 6th match the farthest i have ever gotten is 8:0 and i lost the 9th match to a bunch of 320 sweatys (this was before april update) who obviously didn't even need to go flawless or to the lighthouse so i have an idea bungie lets just make it like what happened in black ops three all people who are level 40 above 300 light and have at least invested 20 hours into crucible should be able to go to the lighthouse once for free
Bungie please respond to this and take it to consideration

ps: or you could have something where you have different tiers of trials playlist bronze=players who have never gone flawless silver=people who have gone flawless once or multiple times gold=people who have scarab

2 답변Never been to the lighthouse nore will I ever, I've only just started playing too with two friends, the last match we played we got lag switched which is unfair but cheaters will be cheaters. This is one part of the game they won't give up to people who don't deserve it, why should this be given out? You go flawless or nothing

2 답변I've never been to the lighthouse. And I never will. Why? Because I'm not good enough. Nor do I have the time and resources to invest in getting good enough. And you know what? I don't need to go to the lighthouse. And I'm okay admitting that. If you're good at this game, and you CAN get to the lighthouse, then you should be there. If you can't get there, then either accept it and go do something else, or WORK, PRACTICE, AND EARN YOUR WINS. And this is from someone who has not been to and is not going to get to the lighthouse any time soon. Nothing in life is free. Earn it or don't. If you feel otherwise you have bigger problems then getting to the lighthouse. /rant

2 답변Yes let all the players who didn't earn their way to the lighthouse go. I busted out laughing at this post. If you guys really want to go to the lighthouse just look for ppl on forums to carry you. Most of them do it for free, but don't ask for the lighthouse to be given to you. It's for the best of the best which means the elitism scum most of you players hate. It's not something that should be given to everyone, and honestly the fact that it's not open to everyone is one of the few factors that keeps players coming back to play this game.

I am amaze just how many voted yes to this. Why do some people feel entitled to rewards they have not earned? Reaching the lighthouse is a reward for being able to do achieve flawless Trials Passage. Should you be allowed to get ToM without ever doing the raid?

The tier wouldn't work I have all flawless emblems including scarab. A huge chunk of my friends have never gone or only once. Imagine if I joined them...id be on their host and their tier. So it'd make it unfair for people in that regard and you can't just make it so others can't play with their friends

207 답변People who say we have to deserve it need to understand that this is a game we all paid money for. No one should be locked out of a specific part of a game for any reason. It all should be achievable within reason. We should not have to sweat too hard or play 6-10 hours a day to get there. I think some sort of weekly point system to earn the lighthouse would be best. Something similar to challenge of elders. If I paid good money to play this game, I should be able to get every reward regardless of skill. It is not a professional sport not are we talking about gambling.

While we are at it. Give bad players the hard mode emblems. Ships and shaders. Hell why bother having rewards for anything. Just give us everything no matter what. You're supposed to work towards something. Improve and strive. Not whine and have it handed to you. Such a hollow victory. Lighthouse is worthless now anyway since they removed elemental primaries. That was the sole reason to bother with flawless..

I'd say no. Personally I haven't been to the Lighthouse in Year 2 yet and that's because I fear I may end up throwing my controller through the window in frustration. The lighthouse rewards are one of the only things that you can display proudly and make your character stand out. If everybody went to the lighthouse, then well congrats everybody now has a doctrine of passing and nothing is really special about it.

Hey man. I take pride in my skill and knowledge in this game. I'm also pretty competitive. So when you say to make it a little easier to go flawless it's an insult to the time and effort it took for me to get there currently. It's supposed to be difficult. That's why it's fun... At least for me. Which is why it's gratifying for me when I go to the lighthouse. I understand how you feel man. Wasting 100 passage coins in one weekend. It's a struggle.

That would ruin the whole point of the lighthouse. It is literally designed for the best of the best PvPers. Normally it was all about PvE but then they added the lighthouse. The point is that you have to work for it, not just get it handed to you
