How well did that go? I literally haven't heard anything else about it from anywhere since April. It's far behind Destiny on Twitch as well
Btw, not bad-mouthing the game because I haven't played it. It's just that so many people came to the forums talking down because we play Destiny & that Division was better in every way yet hasn't survived long.

1 답변I stopped playing Destiny in 2014 and traded it in to Game stop. I bought The division about a week after release. I bought Destiny TTK shortly after the April update and haven't put it down since. I'm addicted to Destiny and it's the Division's fault.

19 답변Destiny is already dead man. I mean u got the loyal dedicated players but uncharted4, over watch, no mans sky coming out. It's pretty hard for destiny to compete when they don't put out any new content at all. They expect ppl to be patient n wait for new content which I can't do which is why I broke away from destiny.

3 답변작성자: Endless Spheres 5/11/2016 4:33:03 AMThe problem from the start was that The Division is not like Destiny. It's a Diablo 3-esque TPS with a social experiment that will make you despise human beings (Dark Zone). The Division gave Destiny endgame players the one thing that Destiny endgame players wanted, and that was loot. Even in endgame content, the game showers you with loot. Superiors out the butt. What Destiny has over The Division is gunplay mechanics, quality assurance, and endgame quality. Incursions are not that fun to play, much less farm. Even when you're not getting anything from King's Fall, it's still fun to play it. It's also not a Twitch-friendly game on its own. If you have an entertaining host, then it's a fun time, but I've yet to find a fun Twitch streamer that mains The Division except Hamish and he's not even a Twitch streamer primarily, so it's had to survive on the game alone, and it's not very entertaining to watch. Doesn't help that 1.1 kind of broke the game a bit, a bit being an understatement. Game is still fantastic, I play it whenever I can. Just started a new character. And as far people saying that "This game is going to kill this game", they're just half-joking. The release of a game isn't going to kill its cultural rival. I might really want Battlefield 1 to kill CoD, but I know it's not going to. Best case scenario is that both developers learn from each other's flaws and strengths (if they choose to have open ears about the other game, which they don't have to), and both end up being better than they would've been by themselves. P.S. I reeeeeaaaaalllllllllyyy want Battlefield to destroy CoD. What? I'm allowed to be irrational.

It's crazy! I play destiny now more than ever, raiding, PoE, weekly bounties, trials, multiple characters. Destiny is my WoW. I hated it when released, played it all wrong. Came back for TTK in September, haven't put it down since.

11 답변So funny story for you: remember that time divison tried to kill destiny and tried to take all the fun out of the game. Ha didnt work. So anyways the division players are pretty mad about losing their game and have sent a team to salt the forums. Forums go most of the game goes with it, you're going to make sure that doesnt happen

4 답변It had nearly 130,000 players on PC at launch, now has a less then 4000 active player base. People get sucked in by the hype all the time. People claim that Destiny is dead, well this game nearly already is.

1 답변Yeah, but the division DESERVED to die. The game was TRYING to copy destiny, just look at some of the stuff Ubisoft did. It's clear that Ubisoft was trying to kill destiny from the beginning, I hope it burns in developer hell.

16 답변Yes, it was foolish for them to think division could kill destiny in its own arena. Nothing will kill destiny, because destiny is the best shooting game there ever was. Bungie used to be the best, what do you expect? I say used to be because then they fused with Activision like some kind of sellouts. Don't know whos the best now..

2 답변Lol I didn't buy it because I figured it would crash and burn. No offence to those that are enjoying but when they said it was similar to destiny I knew it was in for a bad day.
It's far behind Destiny on Twitch as well
It's not a twitch friendly game. There is pretty much nothing worthwhile to "watch" unless you are really into watching people pubstomp enemies in the Dark Zone. It also is trying to recover from being crippled by the exploit that left all the users who didn't utilize it in the dust with making the power gap so large that it turned people off from playing it until it's fixed if they return at all.
