Trials is single handedly the reason for all of the PvP nerfs. No one cared back in day because the stakes were low. PvP is unranked and winning/losing didn't really matter besides in Iron Banner. Now with Trials happening every week, people are constantly whining about things. Either separate PVP and PvE or remove trials. It's not like Trials takes skill anyway or is fair.

1 답변Nerf posts won't be reduced in number of you remove trials, it's because nerf posts are written by people with 0.4 kd that are just angry that they got killed in the first place and want whatever gun that killed them nerfed

작성자: LBENIS 5/6/2016 3:15:30 PMYou really have no idea what you're talking about. Edit the part about no nerfs happening before trials, people not caring if they get wrecked by the same guns over and over, trials not taking any skill, and people not caring if they win/lose regular crucible........so pretty much your entire post.

People have been whining about lack of content in Destiny since it was released...yet...here you are demanding content now be taken OUT of the game....Trials of Osiris is not the issue leading to the nerfs....it's EVERYONE. Rather it be kids pissing and moaning here on the forum.....or just the fact that EVERYONE uses the same set up as the guy that just killed them. For example, if Johnny goes into control with a Suros Regime, then is destroyed by a hawksaw from Billy. Now Johnny is going to make a trip to the vendor and pick up the hawksaw and use it BUT not before Johnny makes a post on the forum about how OP the Hawksaw is. Then it becomes a trickle effect of everyone using what everyone else is using, then bungie see's a "imbalance" in crucible because everyone is using the same weapon and nerfs it. The reason for nerfs? You guys, and then Bungie catering to you guys. You can still get kills with other weapons if you practice with them and learn how to use them and when to use them.
No one cared back in day because the stakes were low
Aside from all the people who wanted to play seriously for their own fun.
winning/losing didn't really matter
Aside from fun. Are you actually this retarded irl?

5 답변I partially agree with what you are saying, in that the Trials community seems to be the loudest crowd when it comes to people asking for nerfs, but I don't think removing Trials is the way to go. Instead of removing trials, they just need to have more strict rules than what they have in normal crucible or even Iron Banner. Why? Its an arena for heightened competition, and when certain weapons are adjudged as being game breaking in trials (Icebreaker for example) it should just be banned from that game mode rather than nerfed across the board for all game modes.

1 답변I'm not sure if this is a troll post or not, but screw it I'll bite. You took a good point and went over board when you said trials takes no skill. I don't see how anyone who ever played trials could say that it doesn't take skill to make it to the lighthouse. It should be noted I myself have never been to the lighthouse but my friends and I have been close a couple of times. Once you get to 5-0 you better be ready to ball.

dude coming from someone who is terrible in trials and crucible, you need to calm down just a bit. Even with my lack of skill, I find trials fun, its a great break and challenge from doing the same pve content constantly every week. Eliminating trials will not eliminate complaints about balancing. Before trials ever came out, people screamed nerf vex and suros. People got fusions nerfed due to complaints, and guess what, trials was not even a thought in any players mind at the time. What you need to realize that people are always going to find something to complain about. Some complain would complain to bungie that WATER is OP if they choked on it. Since people will always complain regardless of the existence of trials, eliminating trials will not eliminate complaints or upcoming balances.

작성자: Aulakauss 5/5/2016 8:50:39 PMYou know, there's a part of me that wants to agree with you and would if this game wasn't so desperately lacking in content in the first place. I think you're likely right that all this PvP whinging about this and that would be almost non-existent without Trials, but just out-and-out removing it seems overkill. To be fair to you, though, the idea of a 'skill-based' or 'hardcore' mode in a game with as many variables as Destiny has in class and weapon is pretty laughable; The actually skilled players usually just get dicked over anyway by someone who poured all their time into being a cheap ass with a sniper rifle at any given range. Either that or a team of Nightstalkers combat-rolling around constantly with The Last Word and Doctrine until they can bring their Quiver Shadowshot to bear. At least if my experiences with it are any indication.

TheeDarkBearer is single and no one cared back in the day. TDB is unhappy and commenting/muting doesn't really matter besides in Creations page. Now with this post happening, people are constantly whining about TDBs displeasure. Either separate TheeDarkBearer (Thee Dark Bearer) or remove him/her from the forums. It's not like posting takes skill anyway. fair ?

Have to agree. All 3v3 arena gametypes eventually get all the fun weapons/abilities nerfed to the ground. Look at Trials in this game. Look at arena in WoW. I truly dislike how such a niche aspect of a game gets to dictate everything else about gameplay.
