Vanguard Strikes: Do it fast and easy
Doing Strikes with randoms is a painful, rarely rewarding process. There are ways to make your life and the lives of your fireteam members easier in some strikes, so why not take advantage of that? I'm trying to reach as many people as possible to eliminate the number of people who don't know good strategies.
- [b]Bond Brothers[/b]: Crouching in front of the red guy will make him get stuck in the same animation cycle.
- [b]Echo Chamber[/b]: When you get the first relic, you can go up the road on the left and then go up the structure there directly in front of you that normally has some snipers and go over the hill, as a shortcut
- [b]Echo Chamber[/b]: When starting the boss fight, crouch next to the first pillar on the right and rotate around it to get a good view of the boss. This will prevent the Mind from closing its critical spot and you can shoot it until it dies without having to deal with the absolutely terrible mechanic of going back and forth.
- [b]The Darkblade[/b]: Attacking Alak-Hul with swords, supers and grenades will keep him from disappearing. You can effectively clear the whole fight without him disappearing even once.
- [b]Taniks[/b]: After going up the elevator when the first phase is over, run inside the room where the next phase will take place but don't stand there, instead go at the end of the room where the door opens and two yellow Captains come through with some enemies. If you're a Warlock, pop your Stormtrance, if you're a Titan use hammers and if you're a Hunter use your tether and then sword them to death. This will make the fight much easier.
- [b]Taniks[/b]: When you enter the next room with the Spider Tank, don't fight from below. Instead go up the big straight balcony directly above the tank where snipers spawn. Keep an eye for the snipers when they spawn and you will finish the fight faster and easier since you don't deal with enemies.
If I remember any more tips, I'll post them. Please, for the sake of me and other peoples' sane, follow these tips!

- "Taniks strike - If all team members stand on the back balcony above the spider tank then there is NO snipers. Just adds that come out the doors behind you to deal with. Only the tank can shoot you. If any team member stays below then snipers spawn."

- " Taniks: When the Wolf Walker comes down, instead of firing at the legs, fire at the Arc Cannon next to the main cannon. With enough shots, it'll pop off, only allowing it to shoot the big blast"

Echo chamber: crouch when picking up relic to start bossfight, stay crouched. Team stay crouched behind short pillar immediately as you enter room. Boss comes out and moves right, stay crouched and out of sight behind short pillar. Once he is fully out, if youve stayed crouched and hidden, he wont close the eye, you can edge out and snipe him to death right there without him moving. Takes about 45 seconds to kill him.

Sprint past all enemies until you are in the place where you fight that prick captain and the first Tanik's encounter. 2. In the right of the room there is a high rock pile with plenty of cover with a good view over the entire place for scout rifles. Your teammates should be taking most of the fire for you so just kill the vandals and leave the captain for them. 3. In the room with the 2 reaver captains, there is a floating platform that is ideal for popping off shots at Taniks with the Spindle. To get there, you look at the door where the melee vandals first spawn and jump on the thin rectangular terminal-thing to your left, then look around and you will see the platform. Scout rifle the vandals then DPS Taniks with a Spindle. 4. For the Tanik's Tank, go on top of the hollow cylinder thing to the left of the tank, and jump to a smaller and higher platform opposite the long row with the shields usually used for cheesing. In this platform, shoot off the tank's arc cannon. The tank's main cannon mostly cannot shoot you, as the angle is so high, the blast hits the railings, so you are invincible. watch out for snipers opposite and snipers that spawn in your area. To escape these, pull out your ghost and the door next to the veranda/platform will open to a safe haven. 5. For Taniks himself, tether him and empty your heavy ammo on him when he first spawns in on the circle in the centre. When he teleports, head over to the left balcony and just shoot him. The place where you enter is mostly free of all ads and doesn't take fire, but i think some captains can get in, however, not 100% on this. -Please tell me if this guide was helpful and tell me if you have any other cheeses.

1 답변Let a Titan who skates pick up the relic in Echo Chamber. The relic holds you down allowing you to skate very fast. With practice you can glide right past all the enemies straight to the next door/relic. I have easily soloed this strike in record time using this strategy while farming for Imago Loop

I've got one for Echo Chamber: only pick up the relic if you're using a good grenade. While holding the relic your cooldown for grenades is greatly reduced. Just keep throwing them. Nothing Manacles while holding relic is the most help you'll ever be.

15 답변how about fighting them instead of running past and crouching in front of bosses DO IT AS INTENDED promoting lazy ass tactics some ppl do not want to just run straight past everything so why do you think your way is the right way trying to get ppl to do it your way SAY CHEESE !!!!

1 답변I recommend double shotguns to strikes. You might die more often, but it makes for a lot more fun. Did this while farming hopscotch and dryrot in yr 1.

3 답변Shooting the ship canons at the Warsat seems to take forever and you are getting mauled by all the adds. Rockets didn't work for me either. What do you guys use to take out the canons? A sniper? Sleeper?

I remember doing Taniks one time, me and a friend managed to skip the devil walker section. It just didn't spawn, and the door opened up to the boss room. Don't know what happened, weren't recording, and haven't been able to replicate it since.

1 답변Or everyone can you know... Use supers when its charged and kill groups/majors. Going entire strikes and raids and people not using supers is one reason i want to punch puppies.

Omnigul - convince teammates to jump on voice chat. Crank your volume to 99 and rest your mic against the center of either speaker the [i]instant[/i] Omnigul's poorly mixed loud as -blam!- scream happens. Disoriented and ear bleeding teammates soon get booted for inactivity and you can solo Omnigul anyway you like :y
