Shoulder Charge needs Cool down

Shoulder charge needs a cool down; Like flame shield got.
Titans only whine. That's all I see, that's why you babies got TG and other useful exotics that are better than the classes they're stolen from. Shut up, don't ask for self resurrection because for a tank to get that it doesn't make sense

You do know shoulder charge is magnetic right? It also appears to not be very strong, meaning the magnet sometimes works. You turn the corner, a Titan mid shoulder charge will turn the corner and kill you. You can jump over the shoulder charge as many people like to tell you on here, but the wild titan in mid shoulder charge will Define the laws of physics and go up with you and kill you. People on here also like to say "well hunter can spam shadestep", you cant, you can do it twice and you get a cool down. And why Dafuq does it matter shadestep doesn't kill you like shoulder charge so why you even bringing it up? If you're that good you would of kill the hunter before he can shadestep for the second time.

It does have a cool down, it also has a spin up. When I play as a titan, I know how to time my charges right, hence the reason why people think its, (dare I say it) "o-p" but really it isn't. When I play as my hunter or warlock (or titan) because I understand that times process, I just juke out the titan like a bull. The hunter's double jump breaks the hit detection and the warlock jump boost/trust allows you to skim right past a charging titan. As for the titan. Straight up. Double jump, you'll be fine. Other than that, just don't stand right in the way of a charging titan.
