Nintendo NX
They've finally stated that their new console will be releasing March 2017. The Have said they still wont be showing it at E3 :S I was holding off on getting a Wii U until a price drop/new LoZ game but thats going to release on the NX next year so I might aswell just wait it out now.
(NX is still the codename)
Anyone else interested in the NX?

I would only be interested if I knew my eshop games would transfer over to the NX. I think I'm gunna stop buying Wii U titles after Pokken. But I do want to finish buying most of the 8-bit and 32-bit classics and eventually pick up a few Wii games I have not played.

8 답변Nintendo's decision to not unveil the NX at the biggest gaming expo of the year is mind-boggling. Do they not want people to be hyped? Do they want a lukewarm launch like the WiiU? Do they not want to sell consoles?

Was kind of expecting that, not to worried about it, I hope for Nintendo it turns out to be a good competitive console. I gues they had to make some changes to it now that it almost confirmed that the PS4.5 is a real thing, they need an edge to compete so it needs to be more powerfull, Mario alone just won't cut it anymore. I was probably more upset that Zelda is also delayed......again.

I think Nintendo not showing this thing at E3 is just further proof that the company is floundering. More people watch E3 than bought a Wii U. Nintendo can't afford another year of doing nothing. Sony and possibly Microsoft are going to get their premium consoles to the market before Nintendo gets the NX out. Huge miss for them. Nintendo's management is too entrenched and too in their own bubble. They need to make a splash and get people excited [i]now[/i]. This was their chance to go back to E3 with a big conference, reveal a console, announce a bunch of games, and monopolize the headlines. But instead the only playable game they'll have is Zelda? Will people even care when developers like CDPR and From Software are making better Zelda inspired games?

Nintendo would dominate if they had Nintendo games and other third party games all for one console.
