That, or it's some character issue. There's simply no other way of explaining how I've only recieved one exotic engram and one strike specific item in 40 heroic strikes since the update. It's ridiculous .Patrol ToC's included I now have a exotic engram drop rate around 1/50 ToC. At no point have I stacked ToC and even if the occassional strike would take less than the soft cap lockout, shouldnt that increase the chances of getting a drop the next time? And to make things worse, I don't see fireteam members getting much loot either, give or take the random exotic engram.
