It's easier they said...
With the April update it was supposedly easier to get a higher light level, cause "there are different ways to do it"
Well 2 weeks into it and my Titan moved from *drum roll* 309 to 311 *claps*
Yeah I don't see it easier, infusion got better but what is the purpose of it, if every single drop stays on the good ol' 270-290 I've gotten 3 engrams out of 30 above 290 (299,308 and 313)
Well -blam!-, lies once more, plus now snipers/shotguns have less ammo cause PvP crybabies and the supposed increased drop rate on ammo due clip reduction doesn't explain why I've been running strikes with empty special and empty heavy (try doing Alak-hul now, I dare you to go with TLW)
Yes, I'm salty, no IDC, I wanna state my salty opinion cause April update messed things up worse than TTK release did...
EDIT 1: thanks for all your positive and the not so positive feedback, didn't expect my salty post would get a single response
EDIT 2: thanks for the feedback about maxing light but no one speaks about the reduced special/heavy ammo drops

작성자: Solnhofen 4/25/2016 7:36:00 PMIf too low to raid, nightfall, or CoE, just level up factions and vanguard or crucible. Each time you level up you get a package, which gives you an item three to five higher than current level. Same for gunsmith.

Before you collect any rewards or decrypt any engrams (exotics) l. Equip your highest level gear. This will give you a better chance of higher light level rewards. I want from 317 to 328 after completing nightfall, coe, and kingsfall. If you want to start on the second character, transfer ghost and weapons with highest level to it first before running any activities that will give you rewards. All my characters are at 331 and above.

The engrams aren't certain that they will be above your light level of the slot that they are used for, unless they're exotics. I played the raid (hard) and trails and went from 309 to 321. Just try to find a group to do those with.

Your doing it it wrong. I would explain but that's drum has been beat endlessly already. If you only moved up 2 light levels your either not playing, or basically patrolling the cosmodrome, and even if you did that enough you'd be higher because of Vanguard packages

LOL. Scrub. You have to understand. YOU NEED TO RAID. I barely play this game and I am 332. Play PoE 42 and kings fall. 100% to level up you can't do strikes and EASY shit and then cry that you can't level up to be max level [b]you must do end game[/b] just delete this post its just making you look stupid
