EVERVERSE BLOWBACK : FULL TAKEN GEAR = HELPING or NOT HELPING
Gonna make this short.
Microtransactions and DLC have been the biggest hatred of Gamers since the dawn of "robbing gamers of their money by under-handed tactics" was invented.
Every few months, Bungie and Activision push closer and closer to Pay To Win, or Pay To Advantage. And every few months, the hatred for Eververse Purchasers continue to rise.
A lot of people think they are cool, and supportive because they spent 20 to 50 dollars on Sterling Treasure to get Full Taken and/or Full Spektar.
But in reality, both on the forums, and in-game, they are getting murdered socially for helping in the greed and brutality of Bungie and Activision making the game come ever more near to hand-over-fork microtransactions.
What are your thoughts, forum?

1 답변Shareholders like microtransactions. Micro transactions are hot right now. They are everywhere in everything. The return on them is ridiculous. If they are here they are here to stay until the fad passes(if it does).

I don't understand all the butthurt over people spending their money on things they enjoy. "You're ruining the game for the rest of us!" Really? I'm making it better for me so drink a big tall glass of STFU. Please feel free to tell me how wrong I am to be maximizing my enjoyment of things by supporting them and I'll pour you a cold one.

58 답변People who post about the game becoming pay to win and complaining about it are miserable about something. Nuff said. Paying for eververse collection IS AN OPTION you dumb fawks. Complain if it's pay to play. You can get sterling treasures every week so it's not like there's no other option to obtain them. You are just miserable because you can't get what you wanted from the box so you put it out on those who spend for them. Look at your poll results, lololol. Bet you didn't expect that

1 답변I think it is helping. Sure it may be giving Deej an extra 2000$ a year but if people want to buy the stuff it's not hurting anyone. Nor is anyone hurting from not purchasing any.

1 답변It's obvious it's not hurting the game as it nets more money for Bungie. And to this day it's not hurting the playerbase either, would it truly turn around to pay 2 win, then I can imagine people would leave. Eververse is here to stay, there's no way it will go away. As long as they keep it to cosmetic/light 3 gear I'm okay with it, but if the day comes where we get truly/real pay2win or exotics etc I'm out.

I play a lot destiny, like really a lot. And for now everything you can buy won't help you achieving faster or more easily anything. You can get those xp boost if you want but it doesn't worth the money at all. So if you want to give money for that or the taken stuff, it's up to you. Bungie Activision did arrive to a wall that they shouldn't pass. The other side of the wall is pay to win. We need to keep watching. Like an old friend was used to say : Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children. I shall wear no crowns and win no glory. I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come.

I dont think silver changes the game in a helpful or hurtful matter. Just realize when they see an easy oppurtunity to take money they will. As most of their recent updates have really been eververse updates. I mean wtf move a eververse vendor to the reef over a gunsmith or gear vendor...I dont think they have grande plans for deep content though, im sure its already timegated and finished.

It helps the game if a smallish percentage of players buy Silver. Then Bungie breaks even/makes a small profit and can keep churning out new content. It's when a majority of the community buys Silver that corporate greed takes over and they think, "hey, we can actually make a good profit off of this." I guess microtransactions are like vitamins to a video game studio. They're good in small doses, but once you have too much they become a detriment.

2 답변I just like to say there is a difference to games now and games for old Games before dlc and updates never saw any work on them after release Once games came out that was it. Job over work on next new game and hopefully that sales to get profits Now days people a still working on the same game make it better or worse which ever the case but it still changes the same game Where old games never changed and bugs were never fixed Now days it's more Daliy job. Peoples wages got to come for some where and servers cost money to keep them running What happens if server brakes down If no money came in they could just say oh well no money might as well let game die and move on to next Like old days there profits would come for next big game if Old one flopped and no one bought it

1 답변People buying silver means bungieget cash. When this happens they make small small patches to make us buy more silver. Small patches are better then none at all imo. The money from buying silver I'm pretty sure isn't going to game development but doesn't bother me at all ad long as there content 😊
