Anyone worried that three of coins is just a waste?
I used 100 three of coins today, only got 5 exotics. Anyone else having this issue please comment below!
Edit: Thanks for your thoughts. Makes me feel a bit better.

11 답변Near as I can tell, here's the deal. - Don't use 3oC more than once every 15 minutes. - Remain in the same activity. E.g. strike playlist, patrol, crucible, etc. The best luck I've had is camping out in one zone on patrol and farming Taken bosses. I find the divide and Ishtar cliffs ideal for this. Use a 3oC every second or third boss. In crucible there may (or may not) be a bonus for winning. I can't really tell. I think most of my exotic engrams which dropped in pvp have come from losses. So who knows. SRL was the best because every round where a player finished the race counted as a win. The Shaxx bounty to win 7 crucible matches just required playing SRL 7 times. Using 3oC every 3rd match resulted in a decent number of exotic engrams.

2 답변Don't overuse them, forget you have them every 2-3 bosses, then use one or stack two. Repeat. Success rate seems Much better when used intermittently.

Pretty sure you're using them way too fast, I use one every other crucible match if I'm playing several in a row and 1 at the beginning of every heroic strike or nightfall. I want to say I get 1 exotic for every 5-7 3oC on average, some days are worse some days are better.

1 답변They make exotics way easy to get now so not a waste. I ran 100s of strikes back before 3 of coins and got maybe 2 exotics
