I've been seeing a lot of hate to hunters as a class. I don't understand. If its for shadestep, then do you think the game would be fair without it? Yeah wombo combo is an unfair combination I propose we apply a safety trigger to where if one is thrown a certain amount of change in degrees from the original throwing point of one, is needed until the other can be thrown. Other then that I can't see the issues with the class. Go a little easier on the hunters, they're just explorers.

Main warlock here. I think hunters have some good stuff going for them but they are not op. Great place. People on whine about whatever kills them but also talk thier own class down to fight against those screaming to nerf it.

A large amount of hate gets leveled at hunters because for a considerable amount of time they where a dominant PvP class, while bringing nothing in the way of PvE support. A bladedancer could wipe an entire team with a well placed activation and a golden gun was a one hit kill that was as accurate as any regular gun and could be speced for AoE. All of this combined with the fact that due to this PvP popularity a large amount of players brought hunters in to PvE where these skills were not in high demand and you had a class that everyone played, but nobody needed, save for CE but even then any class could do it.

3 답변It's the huntards people complain about. The problem is most people are to stupid to tell the difference.

3 답변That's an interesting proposal. I think we would just see players with better thumbskill doing a quick "double take" type motion. I think a more effective solution would be if a grenade (from the same player) landed in the area of the smoke, the smoke would be negated, just leaving the grenade.

8 답변I think most of the hate for Hunters were mostly year one leftovers IMO. I main a Hunter and I've never really played any other class until only recently when I started working on my Warlock who finally got to level 40 after being stuck to being lvl 16 since Dark Below. I can tell you that most hate is coming from the PvP side of things. They were easily the easiest to use in PvP in year one. Bladedancer in particular with Arc Blade and Blink being so deadly. Arc Blade has the ability to easily kill multiple opponents, specially if they are all in a small confined space, by simply mashing that melee button until their super runs out. Then to top it off Bladedancers also have access to Blink, when used with a Shotgun it was easily one of the most hated combo for PvP. Gunslinger was just as good as Bladedancers specially if they combo Golden Gun with Achlyophage Symbiote. That's a 4 shot insta-kill. It does require more skill to use than Arc Blade but not by that much specially if you have the right perks. Also Golden Gun has an amazing Aim Assist to top it off along with a range melee with the Throwing Knife. Now with that said Hunters are easily the most one sided Class out of the three in year one. They can easily dominate any PvP match but they have very little use in PvE, specially in Hard Raids. They are very situational in PvE. This is specially true for Bladedancers who are only useful in PvE during Nighfalls because of their Stealth Revive which can prevent a group from wiping and going back to Orbit. You can make an argument of their usefulness in Crota's End where their ability to turn invisible proved to be the best weapon for that whole raid but that's only early on Crota's End. When people got used to the raid and got into higher light levels they could easily be replaced by a Titan or a Warlock. On top of that Arc Blade is completely useless against most if not all Bosses since most of them one shot any Guardian's who gets within Melee distance. Gunslingers faired better in PvE than Bladedancers and Golden Gun were a tad bit better than Arc Blade in PvE but still very weak. The only way to compensate for its weakness was to use Celestial Nighthawk which multiplies it's damage by 6 while also granting Keyhole for over penetration but limits them to one shot instead of three. As you can see most of the hate for Hunters came mostly from either really bad Hunters in PvE, as in being useless bad, and/or being owned in PvP by a Hunter and Crucible Matches were normally flooded by Hunters. Now compared to Hunters, Warlocks and Titans are more well balanced and can do great in both PvE and PvP. In fact they can just as easily dominate in PvP as any Hunters but Hunters in PvE are easily replaceable compared to what Warlocks and Titans have to offer in PvE. Warlock Sunsingers have Self Rez which became quite valuable in Hard Mode raids (and later on in Trials) since you don't need to worry about them dying if they have their Supers. Titan Defenders are almost required for a smooth and easy run on the boss with their Bubble, specially if used with the Helm of Saint-14 which literally stops any enemy who enters it from attacking for a short time because of being blinded. In year one it was a tad bit harder for Hunters to get into random Raid Groups than a Warlock and Titans. If they can't into raid groups they don't get gear, if they can't get gear they don't level up and they get their ass handed to them in Iron Banner. Back in year one all people heard was the Hunters complaining but they never really bothered to put themselves in the same situation. Hunters were merely asking to be buffed in PvE to a point that they would have something great to offer any raid group. Or at least that's what I saw back in year one. I personally didn't bother about asking for a buff or cry for a nerf, I simply decided to work with what I had and did well enough in PvE that I was never a problem for people to re-invite me into raids. Which made it quite easier for me to get into PvE groups. People saying Hunters are children or whiners is BS IMO and its really kinda unfair at the same time. It's unfair because it's not our fault most kids choose to play hunters after they saw what Hunters can do in PvP. It's BS because I've met and played with enough Warlocks and Titans to say that they were just as childish and annoying as any other Hunters. I've seen enough immature Titans who dances inside their bubble, instead of fighting, on a Nightfall only for a Thrall to walk in there and OHK them because of Lightswitch Modifier or a Warlock who plays amazingly reckless to a point that even with their self Rez they just kept dying until they die without their super and ends up being a burden to the team. So saying "Hunters = Child" is misleading and BS. TL;DR
Seriously? It's ok I guess, it was expected I guess... "Hunters = Children" is BS and misleading, specially on this game, since I've met and played with just as many Totans and Warlocks who was just as annoying and childish.
4 답변The reasons hunter seem the most annoying is because the obnoxious whiners are the only ones that go out of their way to bitch on the forums

4 답변Because Hunters are the best at PvP--fact. Bungie released some statistics and all 3 Hunter subclasses had K/Ds above 1.0. This means that Hunters are the best at killing other Guardians. Combined with the fact that they're loners and are really squishy in PvE, and it makes them unlikable. They're the most likely to betray the City and join the Darkness.

1 답변작성자: andre 4/16/2016 12:08:57 PMI'll tell you what's wrong with hunters, the golden gun is poor in design. Let's not start with its poor close range accuracy but with the fact that with range and your opponent just not getting hit when you shot all 3 " or 4 base on gear" shot and miss by a hair, like wtf!!
