Is the Grasp of Malok worth the grind?
The strike-exclusive weapon is a reskin of the Crota's End pulse rifle, Oversoul Edict, with almost identical stats. It is almost everywhere in the crucible nowadays and it seems to be part of the meta. People who grinded Will of Crota were rewarded with a solid, good, and fun weapon to use and I bagged one with quite good perks on my Warlock! But on the bright side, the gun is still useable and good with "bad" perks. Would you spend your hours grinding for the weapon?
Edit #1- If you're on Xbox One and want to farm, add AwakePoseidon! I'd love to help and maybe even get a better role on a Grasp!

19 답변Grasp is amazing. It's very viable in PvP and PvE. Surprisingly, I find it works better than LMG's in shooting oracles in VoG (if you ever run it anymore), it literally melts them. It feels a lot like a hawksaw.

5 답변It does go pew pew, so yes!! In all seriousness it is decent in Pvp as the rate of fire is high, but worth grinding for? Unless you like to collect. I got mine from doing random strike playlists

1 답변It's time to kill is almost the same as the pdx, hawksaw type. And if you don't land all headshots the pdx hawksaw type actually kills faster....so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. You can always use Praedyths dimepeice

2 답변I got a decent roll on one on my second try on Omnigul. That being said, don't try for it since the new strike will 99% chance drop it and it probably won't be such a horrible boss fight

4 답변I honestly don't think it is. I loved using Oversoul Edict in crucible during HoW, however the main reason was because it had the full auto perk. That combined with laser accuracy made that gun very deadly. I've never seen anyone with a Grasp of Malok having a full auto perk on it, hell I'm not even sure if it's possible for it to roll for that.

10 답변Not any more. The Spare Change will two burst. Looks like the high impact pulse rifles will now be able to compete. 3 burst kill with fast firing Malok or two burst kill with slow firing Spare Change. The TTK should be pretty close.
