2 답변If you read the update from last week Bungie said the only way to get the updated legendarys is to open packages. You may as well decrypt the legendary engrams

4 답변You've made a miscalculation. You save faction packages, cryptarch packages and crucible packages. You stack bounties so your current faction grabs a level immediately. Engrams are time stamped. Fact.

4 답변There is a date stamp in the programming for the engrams. Those from before the update will only give you gear from before the update. People have been trying this since TDB, it's never worked.

25 답변Bungie confirmed in the last two major updates that Engrams are time stamped to the time they are dropped and will not drop new gear based on when they are opened. Be prepared for disappointment.
