Are Fusion Rifles Secretly Good?
So, Basically, I've noticed that, while using some Fusion Rifles, They really aren't bad.
I simply think its a matter of Competition and misunderstanding of the weapon.
MANY people I know assume you wanna max out range.
What I noticed is you actually need massive Stability on them in order to keep the spread tight and on target.
And then there is the competition. Shitguns And Lane Rifles are so easy to use in Destiny while fusion rifles require more skill over all. The weapon inherently requires more situational awareness to time charges and thumb skill due to having to hold a target.
The weapon relies on good positioning to function truly effectively (arguably even more so than snipers).
So, with the easier to use shotguns and snipers, the Fusion Rifles feel "underpowered" becaue they simply don't have the ease of use of the former 2.

2 답변Not really. You need insane stability for the fusion to even be usable, most of the time it leaves the enemy with a sliver of health, and they are not consistent at all. Honestly, if your secondary weapon can't consistently kill in its intended range, it's not worth the time and ammo.

So yes fusions are good. Right up until they have same range as shotguns and still need to charge. If in looking for a challenge or fun I use them. Otherwise I have a good fake fusion. Is the Omolon one with Hot Swap(It's perfect for making up for missing accuracy) Range finder and accelerated coils.

Yes. It's not a secret though. Any more nerfs and they will make good paperweights. I like Thesan with braced frame and any range perk. It's all about timing and you will screw it up and die often. Most rewarding kill in the game sans fire placeable object kills. The Vortex from FWC is a faster gun that I also enjoy using in pvp. Look at my stats though... There is a price to pay for fr lovers these days... Death

I love fusions and you're spot on with the stability point, the thing about them currently is the hit detection for the projectiles is very inconsistent, sometimes you can snipe people at range and get a one shot kill, other times you put every bolt right up their nose from a foot away and do zero damage. [spoiler]fusion user inside tip, always insist on how terrible they are no matter how godly they become. We don't those nerfing bastards to catch on[/spoiler]
