The ghost memories are part of the [b]Future War Cult[/b] quest to get the FWC limited Exotic the [b]"The No Time To Explain[/b]. U have to join the FWC to get the Exotic. When u have the Ghost memories u have to return to the FWC. And have to level up to lvl1. After that u have to wait one day to get the new quest. Don't forget to pop a Three of Coins on the last boss in the mission to have an extra change to get an Exotic drop. He's an Ultra Yes Sur.
