NO CHECKPOINTS?! Come On Bungie..
Dude, that was the best thing I heard during the stream. I like Destiny, I actually do like PoE. The one thing I always disliked about level 35 was that there were no cp's and it would sometimes take forever, and then you'd get kicked to orbit.
Now, I do remember them saying that you can stay in there as long as you want, 'eat dinner,' and come back without being kicked. If that's the case then I'm fine. But if that's not a thing I might be very disappointed.
HOLD ON A SECOND: So the weekly update says there are no cp's. Doesn't mention challenge. So am I reading it wrong that 'Prison of Elders' has no checkpoints and 'Challenge of Elders' does have them??

Did you see how short that event was? It was basically a slightly longer strike. You don't get checkpoints for those either. It's really not a big concern. Plenty of other serious problems we could find with the April update.

1 답변I know. That one the biggest thing I hated about poe. Then for him to be so emphatic that they had heard those complaints and had fixed it, only to be told that nope, no check points.

1 답변Its just 3 rounds and boss isnt a sponge because bounties are being prioritize in this new PoE system... I maybe wrong tho..

1 답변I think even just 1 cp for after round 3 out of 5 would be fine. That or no getting kicked to orbit. Because random glitches when it first came out annoyed me the most, like mines during/after skolas not spawning and we all just die again and again, only way to fix until patch was to go to orbit and run through it all over again and hope for no glitch.

작성자: Oenothera 3/25/2016 2:01:30 AMHopefully you can rejoin anytime ay least. That was a huge problem with Skolas, someone lags out just before fight or during, and it's game over. Could glitch back in if you tried, but total pain. Also made it tough for LFGing as they could kick last min and no loot for you, or they could bail at any time. Just remember to always be fireteam leader, and be sure your buds have a few hours to stick it out. With any luck, there will be no mechanics that force max fireteam.

3 답변Yeah it's a huge bummer. I only beat Skolas once and that was when you could Solar burn Gjallarhorn his ass. I don't have the time or the patience for that kind of crap anymore. I'll maybe beat the 41 version once, but if it's anything like Skolas I won't be doing it often without checkpoints.

5 답변Check points for what, the new PoE they did took them like 15 minutes. Unless that lvl 41 is super long, there's no need
