IMO a dissapointing reveal r.e aprils update
ive edited this post heavily seeing as only some people could have a rational discussion on the topic....bit pointless slating people who have a different opinion to others...
ill start again...
for me personally the reveal of a half assed strike and a remodel of poe is extremely dissapointing(no im not one of these people who think im entitled to the world...im 30yrs old who plays this game for fun and enjoyment..and as such im also a realist..but poe was the most dissapointing thing ever added to this game in my opinion)
as for their signficant ll increase...imo 15 points is not significant.....
oh and for the record my previous post stated i was an alpha player...that was incorrect...but i have been with it since the beta(no..i dont think that makes me more important..there was many many alpha and beta players...i specifically said i am a beta player to say ive defended all the mistakes...errors etc made over the last year and a half...ive stuck by bungie through everything(good and bad)but for me this coming update is just a massive letdown)
what is everyone elses opinions on the reveal so far?

I've played since the Beta (no Alpha for Xbox). I am glad that we're getting some new content without any additional cost. A Strike and a strike revamp, some missions, new PoE with scoring system plus those new weapon node upgrades, sandbox updates, and more. I don't understand why people hate PoE so much. I was initially let down because I expected a raid but it still isn't bad content. I can't wait to look like a Taken (hopefully)! I've never seen so much salt (not you, the forums in general) over a freeish content update in a game... Maybe the gaming community is made purely of entitled bitches. Who knows?

The reason I think they did a revamp of PoE is because it kinda fits better into the "story" than a reskinned version of VoG or CE. but even then its still a stretch, I dont see why they didnt just raise the level of the older raids but it doesnt matter really I haven't played destiny for a good few weeks now, only hopped on one monday evening to have a go at trials and it was just awful experience lol

1 답변I'm a beta player. The reveal is promising but there's no way I'm expecting this new PoE (as fun as it will be) to last 4 months. Also if the gear rewards (tune in next week) are still distributed using Destiny's broken loot system it won't help anything.

No yall need to be patient and allow these ppl to develop new content. they can't bring u TTK every goddamn month. there is going to be a down time , a cold point what ever u wanna call it. The biggest selling point for videogames is fall and Christmas. the size of the update is appropriate.

This was only the first stream, don't leap without looking ya dunce. A few big things in this proclaimed Big update, but there are plenty of minor things aswell, cosmetic in any case.) I personally think it is ok. I liked POE and look forward to something new to partake in. Granted it isn't a lot of new things but new weapons to earn and things to do can't be all that bad. At least with new weapons when playing you have something to look forward to obtaining.
