Cosmo, 4/12 sandbox update

I read in another post that you may or may not be thinking sniper rifle nerfs. That being said, if you are, I wanted to address a couple things. 1: scope sway; bad idea as it will ruin the Pve experience for players. Someone hard scoping down a hallway isn't generally am issue, it's the quick scoping. 2: flinch; I've noticed that getting shot by a non lethal sniper bullet while aiming your primary weapon is quite a jolt, implement this for the flinch on scoped snipers. This may ruin it for PvE as well. 3: descope on getting shot while sniping; a great idea, only if you can separate Pvp and PvE, this is another change that if done wrong will ruin it for PvE. 4: MY BIGGEST THING ABOUT SNIPING; quick scoping, this is an absolutely absurd concept on a 4-6' long rifle, if you add any of the other features, you're going to have to remove quick scoping because thats all people will do to bypass the new mechanics. And yes that includes the NLB. Edit: added this text; Sway.. no sway when you quick scope.. Descope on being shot.. can't be descoped when you quick scope.. Flinch.. can't be flinched when you quick scope.. Quick scoping is becoming a plague in this game.. I've been practicing and it's not all that difficult... Add ANY sniper nerf and quick scoping WILL bypass it.
