End game is dead. I'm level 30 and dz 31 and already feel no incentive to do anything else. I'm 55 hours in. Pretty disappointing tbh. It was a very anticlimactic build up and let down. I got excited for level 30 started grinding dz / challenge and before I know it it just feels pointless to run it all now.

Pvp. That's all I do in destiny. Albeit much less as of late but it's kept me going for the better part of a year. Pve content is never enough. An entire game release was gobbled up by the player base in roughly 3-5 days. I'm personally at a point where I'm fine with pve regardless of my build or min/maxing gear. What's the incentive to keep grinding? To melt ai faster? My only reason for continuing to grind and better my load out would be in a semi-competitive pvp area where I need to maintain the best load out so I don't die and get my stuff taken . That will keep me grinding and I would imagine it wouldn't make the dz pointless after level 50. It's not perfect but so far I feel like after 60 hours I don't have any incentive to really work on anything. Destiny kept me going for at least 1500 despite the massive flaws and horrible support Bungie provided. Ubisoft has been much quicker to support this community so I like the direction they're moving/reacting.

작성자: Bluefoxx3 3/22/2016 8:25:18 AMI've been taking my time with The Division, have a few days in total playtime and still not max level for PvE or DZ and still have plenty story, side missions and exploration to do. I could say that I got my money's worth but I got the game for free when I had bought a GTX Classified 980, but I can say that I've had a better experience than I've had with vanilla Destiny. I'll have more to do when the DLC's for Division drop as well and one of those will be turning the PvE portion of the map into a PvEvP environment as an option

작성자: Bluefoxx3 3/23/2016 11:43:02 PMLook at Dark Below and HoW, you never really made much progress and each new DLC Bungie adds quickly makes your current gear obsolete and even lets you bypass the previous DLC completely. That's not progression at all. Ubisoft already gets a + for knowing how the formula works, Bungie always takes a step backwards.

Ubisoft has item level in their game, just like Destiny has light level. Plus, with one of the DLCs, they're going to add Gearscore, which is basically a calculation of your overall item level - Light level, basically. Do you really think the same won't happen with the Division when they up the levels of bosses and gear drops? All of your current gear would be rendered obsolete. Obviously.

작성자: DsrGGuy 3/22/2016 5:30:33 AMI like both games, but seriously, there are 2 things to do in division. Either deal with the horrible design that is the DZ or deal with the horribly unbalanced and glitchy challenge missions all for a few phoenix coins for a blueprint just to get a chance at a piece of gear that has so many attributes that it makes rolling for a gear a pain and to long a grind... and that's not even considering the overly rare material needed for all DZ blueprints.... Seriously, balancing the weapons you want to use with the gear you have to have is plainly stupid... I'm lvl30dzr50 and this game has lost interest after 100 hours. Destiny lasted about 200+ on each character in vanilla.

I got 1500 hours out of destiny by the time I worked through the pve content for gear then started working at pvp. Regardless of pve content droughts pvp will keep things fresh and fun. Some people hate pvp but for me it's something I enjoy / prefer. A pvp only mode is something I would be happy about grinding gear for. Just gearing up to go melt ai faster doesn't do it for me. Gearing up to stay competitive with other people is what got me into destiny and kept me coming back regularly in addition to the competition.

Exactly the few crazy skirmishes I got into were amazing fun. There were flash bangs going off people spamming pulse waves team shots and spraying down guys after being blinded. Rushing to pick up our team mate. At the end of the alley there were 2 guys crouching to try and cut us off but my other team mate and I killed them both while our other guy got the Rez. Pick up purple loot. Spam another pulse wave book it down the Main Street back toward the cheese spot. Make it up the ladder with 256 seconds on the rogue timer. Let the stand off ensue. We made it out of the rogue everyone alive and got the extractions we needed. Can you guess how many times that's happened? 1. 1 friggen time. It was so much fun and I'm totally disappointed they missed the mark here just for a 3rd person shooter pvp area with levels / gear enabled.

작성자: Walshie Nightly 3/21/2016 12:04:00 PMTo rank to level 30 then rank to dz 31. I solod my way to reg max level didn't rush it and cleared the entire map of encounters / side missions. I also left my Xbox on a couple times cuz the loading screens are annoying. So that's prolly a 8-9 hrs there

I am playing the game slowly so can see how it took you that long. I am only level 18 but have med wing at 80% & the other 2 at 60/70%. Add in some mats farming & collectibles, playing the whole game rather than a rush to max out that sounds right.

Yeah I was exploring buildings and stuff just kinda meandering. Did some low level dark zone to check it out. I coulda power leveled but tbh I was trying to just enjoy the game after the way I binged on destiny. It worked for about 40 hours then I hit division end game and I'm kinda let down.
