Is the division still fun as a solo player?
I've been thinking of buying it but I'm worried I won't be able to do much if my friends don't also buy it. Thoughts?

Yes. It's also pretty easy to find other people to run with, each safe house has a terminal for in game matchmaking. I had a group of friends the other day playing around in the dark zone. We came across another group of four. We went to game chat, talked with them and grouped up. They joined our party chat and we ran around as an 8 person group doing npc missions in the dark zone for at least two hours. It even changed their icon color to friendly players after we formed the party chat.

I've been playing solo for the most part. I did group up with some randoms in the darkzone and did some minor pve with a friend. But for the most part I solo most the missions. It's doable and some of them can be a challenge if your gear isn't the best. If you do a lot of side missions you get blueprints which I've used a few times to make better gear that would last a few levels. It's also easy to group up if you want.

Could be hard if you've mostly been playing with friends so far. Many players seem almost unable to play solo nowadays and only want to play with their friends. I for one am used to play solo and prefer it most of the time.

I've got to lvl 30 playing mostly solo, have a few friends with it so we teamed up for some of the later missions which made it more fun to play but I wouldn't say it was boring solo. Despite what everyone says DZ is doable solo, I've only been killed by rogues twice while running solo and most of the time you can just run with another group and help out, typically if I see another solo player I'll ping them a group invite so we can help each other out. If your on xbox I'm more than happy to give you a hand

No the game is most fun with a group. Use the in-game MM get a team with mic ((boot those who don't)) and have fun together. I'm having a blast ((because I like A.RPG games)) today's daily challenge was fun we pulled a clutch the timer had 0.4 sec and we done that part of the mission.

I currently have 2 different characters One I started off solo with. I had borrowed my cousin's copy and that convinced me to buy it. My brother was reading all the complaints and was dead set against picking it up. After watching me play he decided to pick it up. Such a better experience with someone else to play with. So many more strategies to employ. Skill and talent combinations. It's really 10X better

Paying solo isn't bad. I did the dark zone for the first time today (just hit 30) and after about 30 minutes of shooting shit with random players, someone invited me to a group. I was worried there would be a lot of rogue agents, but I never crossed any. I'm sure I will at some point, but one day at a time

1 답변I've been playing it for 20 hours solo so far, and I'm still really enjoying it. I even go solo in the dark zone, sometimes forming loose alliances with other players in a group between going off exploring

2 답변I solo everything including dark zone when my friends aren't on. My first two minutes in the dark zone the other day, a team of 2 rogues started shooting me, I activated my abilities, took cover and dropped them both. Grabbed their gear, ran a couple blocks, another team of 2 rogues tried me and I dropped them also. If solo, you need to select abilities that support you. If you see a team of 4, get up the road before they notice you, or, drop one and it throws them off. The game is fine solo. If you don't want to solo, it's very easy to team up. It has proximity chat, see another solo, ask if they have a mic, ask if they want to join group, then link up. Or you can choose matchmaking to be instantly put in a group.

작성자: harrymfa 3/17/2016 1:05:24 PMIt still is, but it's way more fun with a squad. Don't worry, The Division won't hang you out to dry like Destiny. There's optional matchmaking, LFG and proximity chat all in the game. The Dark Zone is a scary place to be outnumbered.

Absolutely it is. The option to match make is awesome. Makes investing your time in the game a wiser experience. Want to solo a mission, you can absolutely do that. Pressed for time and need to knock one out, match make. Plenty to do, solo, with friends, whatever. It's very player friendly. Even the lower Dark zone levels.
