Now that xbone & ps4 have cross play?
Now does that mean that we are going to be able to play with each other on both systems now just read about this on a bunch of different articles

3 답변How would that impact the exclusive for playstation though? You would see lots of threads about "op" exclusive weapons used in crucible that xbox players don't have. Anyway, I would love to be able to play destiny with some of my work buddies. They play on the ps4 and I am on xbox one but there is no way that I am regrinding, even one character, on a ps4 just so that I can play with them.

3 답변As far as I am aware there is not cross play between ps4 at this time and may never be. Last I heard Microsoft said it was open to it. Sony at that time had not said anything yet. I see no benefit to Sony to allow it.

4 답변I would love for that to happen, i've got a lot of friends on Xbox that I haven't played with in a long time. I think Xbox-Playstation cross play is a little far away though, and would be tough to implement for already released games.

I think most of you missed the point of what they are saying I don't think Microsoft wants cross platform with the ps4 but instead with PC there is another story I keep seeing about how Microsoft is planing on putting out hard wear upgrades that the player can choose to buy to upgrade the one to run PC games

What it means is that future games may have the possibility of cross-gaming but that doesn't mean that destiny and other current games will be doing so. From what I understand its all indie games that will be doing this, not major aaa games and certainly not exclusives.
