First of all I want to apologize since I've already brought this problem up in the forum in the past, but so far I have no clue how to get help from an actual bungie representative.
A while ago I completed the requirements to get the "Surfbreaker" shader on my warlock. At the time I was unaware it was even a reward since it was my first playthrough. My shaders section was full and I had NO IDEA that that meant that I would not receive the reward. I can't get it at the shader kiosk, which is strange. It was an ignorant move on my behalf, but I really need help in the matter.
Thanks a lot!

2 답변Unfortunately Bungie does not restore items for any reason. If you do not have a specific item, it cannot be obtained in any manner other than in game completion of the means of obtaining it. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12211 I see you have posted in the #feedback forum, and that's a great way to express suggestions to the developers. Please note, however, that a response is not guaranteed. Bungie does read the feedback forums though!

6 답변Not sure what help you're looking for. If you missed it for any reason, then you missed it. Bungie does NOT replace, refund or give out items for ANY reason. Here's a link to that help article: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12211 If it's that important then you can always pick up a bunch of junk gear, put the good stuff in the vault, delete the warlock and create another and run it to level 40. That's the only way you'll get it now.
