My buddy just got into Destiny, downloaded the demo onto his PS4. Fell in love with in a couple of days so he purchased The Taken King. After activating the redeem code, downloading 40+GB he starts playing but as soon as he has a mission on the Moon the Trial Mode appears on the top left corner. Can do nothing. After he tried to restore licenses, deleting and re-downloading the game, deleting the cache but nothing seems to work. I write on his behalf because he doesn't speak English. Somewhere on Youtube someone posted a video where a Notification should appear from Playstation / Bungie with a link that fixes the problem, he didn't receive anything like that. Please help me / him with some ideas or an official solution if there's any because he spend £30 on this game and it doesn't work. Thank you in advance.
