I'm talking real pull ups with proper form so you are using your back muscles to do the work. Hanging rests only, chin above the bar without tilting your head up and stretching your neck, controlled on the way down and all the way down until your arms are straight, and all the way back up without kicking your legs up for momentum.
If you can't do six you're not a real man.
Edit: Not to be mistaken for a chin up, where you have your palms facing you at a shoulder width apart, which uses your biceps.
Pull ups are done with your palms facing away from you at slightly more than shoulder width apart and your elbows pointed outward. This will use your back muscles. Tucking your elbows in will work your triceps and isn't considered a pull up.

16 답변Wtf? Your max is 6 on that poll. 6 in a minute? That's weak! I'm doing 8-12 in between every set whilst I work out at gym.

2 답변작성자: 無い 2/26/2016 5:33:13 AMMax in one go is 30, so probably like 40 in a minute if I took a quick rest. EDIT: For all of the skeptics, Insanity gets you in shape- especially if you've been doing it for 2 years.

작성자: Dabest 2/26/2016 12:46:48 PMA lot more than 6 if you use the proper technique of pushing your legs forward and coming back on the swing, pull yourself up. Just pure standstill muscle ups basically about 10.
however, will never pull outta dat ass
