Personally, Plan C and several of the Hunter Helmets as well as Fabian Strategy.
I feel each each piece of exotic armour should compliment a subclass to make that subclass more viable, actually more fun to play.

The problem is with global fusion nerf issues. But I agree many of the exotics are weak as hell right now.
