Sniper diversity
So in destiny right now I would say over 80 percent of people are suing 1000 yard stare and stillpiercer (yes i know still piercer is hunter exclusive)the reason these snipers are over used is because.
1 - these are two of the easiest snipers to get in the game.
2 - they have high aim assist and the scopes are easy to use.
3 - they are 2 of the three legendary snipers that can rez snipe currently.
I have yet to mention the eirene it is the third sniper that can rez snipe, but the scopes are so difficult to get used to most people won't ever use this sniper.
So this is the problem, how does bungie make it so that all the other snipers in the game that can't rez snipe still get used? Its up to the community to come up with as many solutions to this problem until bungie uses one they like.

5 답변Give snipers scopes AND ballistics. If a sniper drops with aggressive ballistics and it is in the same impact tier as P&T or defiance of task in it can res snipe.

3 답변Why are people suing? I get what you are saying though. I like to think those two are so frequently used because they are easy to get. Right now in regular crucible I prefer the ToO sniper because it reminds me of preadeth revenge so much. But if I play pvp where I can rez snipe then yeah the few high impact snipers are better.

I was hard scoping with all 3 before, so were A LOT of other people. The sniping wars were so much fun. And guess what, I never, if rarely, heard anyone on the forums complaining about hardscopers in the forums. This sniper adversity stuff is just silly and a reminder that a whole new generation of guardians are with us. I will say, that the balance of crucible during that time, may have been the reason why fewer people complain about snipers, you could DO more about it than u can now. Edit: just read another post that lists the rest of the snipers, about 8. A few I forgot, like longbow sythesis, one of my favorite snipers in the game.
