Should there be a Legacy kiosk?
For example, a kiosk like that works like the ones we have for exotics, but for year one raid gear and year one iron banner gear, or trials of Osiris gear (year one), or Prison of elders gear.
Perhaps a year two one as well, but not sure how the light would be balanced.

With our current vault situation, this would be a great idea. I actually think what would be even better is to have the vendors rotate stock, and we would get year 1 weapons at year 2 levels. The stock could switch once a month or something like that. It would be sick to get some of my favorite legendaries again.
