PVE events aren't needed until Destiny 2
They require too much work, no one needs em, no one wants em, they're useless in a loot shooter. Why would you ask Bungie's team to create a new raid when they can build one for Destiny 2 that you'll be paying $60 for? Think for a sec. Why would you do that? Don't you want Destiny 2 to have content? If they give it to you in Destiny 1, it means that there will be no raids in Destiny 2.
Personally, i log in every day to play ~5h of the crucible and i'm fine with playing nothing else but crucible until 2017-2018. If you're not fine with that, you're bad at it and should think about improving.
So please, please stop asking for pve contents, it aggravates me.
edit: i just noticed something very special. the large majority of people that disagree with me have poor K/D in the Crucible. Could it be that you're not good in pvp and that's the main reason why you're in need of easier content such as pve? if that's the case, then its perfectly understandable. Everyone that signed in the Must Have Gally post have low K/D in the crucible.

You can clearly see that the only people still playing Destiny are the hardcore pvp fanbase and that's the portion of the game that will be receiving content until 2017 when Destiny 2 comes out. Me, as a hardcore pvp player with 2.0+ K/D, i will mute any pve pleb that bitches n moans about pve content because you ain't getting it anyways so just stop. Go play pvp and improve your skills. If you don't like Crucible, shut up and play it anyways, stop moaning like a 8y old. I created this thread to tell you my plans for 2016 and all i receive is a bunch of mad nerds that purchased the game when TTK came out and think they're allowed to vote what's better for Destiny... Unless you've been here since day one, your opinion is irrelevant.

Some of us enjoy exploring a world instead of running through the same maps day after day. Ya, I'm not great at pvp, but that doesn't have anything to do with it. I don't enjoy pvp in any game. Wanting pve isn't a sin. It's strictly preference.

PvP is not what Destiny about. Do you think for one second that our [i]MAIN GOAL[/i] is too practice killing other Guardians? No it isn't. It is about getting rid of the darkness. PvP in this game is terrible because Bungo does not know how to buff/nerf weapons and ridiculous META's are created. Smh. Disappointed with OP I am, hmm? A shame this is.

PvE content is not wanted because ot is easier but because rpgs require rich stories to keep you immersing yourself and your chars into the universe created for such game. Indeed I have a poor kd but I still like pvp, altho I have never been a fan of fps because they usually lack the story and depth rpg games have, I mostly play rpgs and it was that aspect of Destiny what brought me to it. Hence I do want more pve content not because I can't enjoy pvp but because for me, Destiny is indeed a fps and a loot fest (so are the Diablo games and pretty much any other rpg) and pvp is just the add on, even the story makes it so. The crucible is a training field.

Just don't care enough to pvp outside of when required. And i have some pretty damn good games when I'm actually trying to.. like my control match last night where I had a 3.5 k/d, 6 caps, and pretty much all those kills were with my primary. Otherwise, I jump in and play the "how many times can I die before this annoys me" game and run at people with some offshoot weapon like thorn or NLB

Very biased post. Destiny is equal to pvp and pve but events haven't been big events. There has been some sort of event to do with each dlc. Queens wrath, swords or Crota, wolves prowling and taken corruptions. If you want an event what would you do besides something small like that. If it was bigger it would be something like prison of elders. Which wouldn't really be qualified as an event. It's too much to be qualified as an event.

With a pvp twist , which I just assumed was extra People who are in love with the pvp aspect must want this game to die Pvp will NEVER give this game any growth Ya I love pvp, but the pve aspect was the whole draw to the game Get your gear and guns from pve and jump into pvp with that awesome stuff Now there is none of that , destiny is dead, pvp doesn't make destiny live Pvp is just ground hog day guys .... Nothing new , nothing to strive for
