I was legit dying of laughter, realizing that this IB was a fail, at least for you in that particular match. I wasn't expecting such compelling evidence so quickly from the community, it just seemed so funny. I hadn't thought about whether or not it was actually just the atmosphere around gaming (competitively) causing a lot of these problems: Must always be Bungie's fault apparently, right? Then I saw that F#@ker teabag you. That made me feel bad for laughing, and feel bad for being a part of the same community. I also feel bad because that guy is a Titan, I love Titans, and never should a Titan teabag unless they're paying respects to a Blinkfag. (Don't worry, I only hate you guys because you never invite me over for staring contests... *like if u crei evrytim.*) I'm sorry this happened to you. My experiences were much different. I joined in at the beginning, and had to play passive because my setup wasn't meta. By a few minutes in, our victory is quickly falling out from our fingertips, and I quickly changed to a meta setup. I swear, the moment you even get one lucky headshot as an average sniper, you will -blam!-ing summon the legions of every -blam!-head and their 1k Yard Stare if you so much as try to use a Sniper without provoking a Sniper meta INSTANTLY. We ended up losing the game, there was a single consistent Red Bar on each team, and there was a certain bias towards Hunters more than any other class (especially Bladedancer being the most frequent to spam their Super (F@#k you Tarantella!) AND how many people were running it on one team.) Seems like competitively we're still mostly nothing but a Hunter/Warlock meta now that Hammers are useless and FoH seems to miss a whole bunch more than usual. Bungie can get past this, they just need things like more time. They're trying to come up with ways to reduce time expenditure around the clock and the calendar year; odds are they're going to improve and enhance until we get the 'something' we're looking for from Destiny that we saw in year 1. TTK was just a content dump to help make the base game feel more fulfilling that also ended up always cutting away at the base content. It was doomed to fail by a matter of time, and Bungie knows this cycle seems to dry up faster every time. They'll make the right decisions to tackle these issues head-on next time around. But at far as TTK is considered, we've pretty much seen everything.
