Taken are the personal army of Oryx. King of the Hive. Plus the taken don't fight the hive so they have some relation. Must be cousins.

Wait Fallen and Cabal are allies! I don't think so. Remember knock knock mission. Yeah cabal fight the fallen house of wolves who invaded Mars. In fact any fallen on Mars are against the taken. Just because they don't fight each other often. Doesn't mean they're allies.
