Just finished my first game of IB rift, and it was horrible. All single-player team versus a full team. We got dominated.
We warned you that this would happen Bungie. But no, you decided rift for IB was going to happen anyways, regardless of your communities wants.

I played about four games this round. lost three. every time I lost I was pitted against the same team. I won one, then it tells me they have to break up the teams to find a better match. I am also including recent Clash and Control matches into this. the 1/3 was Rift today, yesterday and the day before in Clash, Control, Rift, and Elimination. every damn game... win - finding a better match. loss - ha, ha, ha. here's the same team that just spanked you

I think it's time for me to leave Destiny honestly. I went in with a full squad and we won match after match But about 2 hours into the games, I felt like playing the iron Banner was a complete chore. I got to a point that I just couldn't take it and shut down my console. I remember when I would pull 8 hour sessions into the iron Banner. Not anymore.

Uhh I think RNGesus smiles upon me. My first match, me, a lame PvP player who always goes solo, did amazing. 32 kills, got like 3 bounties taken care in less than an hour and I've only lost like two or three matches. One of those loses was because I was literally thrown into a match that ended one second after I joined. I don't know, I'll reserve my opinion about this IB until later. So far, so good for me.

14 답변작성자: Kana, Rogue Kobold 1/26/2016 9:06:12 PMHave you tried any of the LFG sites so you didn't have to queue solo? How about the forum? Did you forget that you get Crucible Rep, Faction Rep, Glimmer, a Medallion (which makes the rep you earn when you do win more-or-less equal to the total rep of having won every match), plus other drops ranging from Motes of Light and strange coins to legendary items including the Iron Banner gear drops provided you have reached the minimal rep levels when you lose? I am a filthy casual. If I am lucky, I can run with a few friends and we grab whoever ends up randomly queued with us when we go in. Yet, as a filthy casual, I understand the game mode and apply some clash tactics to help my team win. I always move with someone else on my team, I make an effort to secure the objective (being a Nightstalker, Envenomed Smoke and Vortex Grenade with Lockdown means no one is staying alive long enough to touch the spark) so that only my team members can claim the spark, and I make a solid effort to suppress enemies who take up flanking/sniper positions against the spark location. Sometimes, I make the effort to run but my skill set is suited for helping my allies claim and run the spark. What I am getting at is this: if you don't like queuing solo, use the LFG sites. Maybe make some friends and run with them. If you feel disadvantaged when you have all the resources to succeed, that sounds like you failed, not Bungie.

I'm a hardcore destiny player who has never complained one about one of destiny's (many) mistakes. But honestly, what were they thinking? Not only does NOBODY like rift, but it's an idiotic game mode in general. It's one sided and very easy to earn A LOT of points and landslide your opponents. But it's only easy if you play the obj. And the obj requires teamwork. It requires organization. IT REQUIRES A FULL FIRETEAM. I'm a good crucible player but I've yet to win a single game in an HOUR OF PLAYING. this sucks, bungie.

5 답변Can you really blame bungie for trying this out? If you claim solo players can't do it, then get a team, really it's that simple. This isn't he only iron banner it'll come back soon enough

2 답변When does that not happen? Full team vs solo players is never enjoyable. Doesn't matter what game type banner currently is.

4 답변one game: all six players were at their zone, camping and sniping - nice bungie, nice retards, nice tactic - how can this be fun? Destiny = Titanic, everyone knows the story...

작성자: Legionaire161 1/26/2016 10:58:21 PMGod I hope after this week, we never see rift again in Iron banner. I guarantee their "data" is going to show not as many people played it, and alot of people left matches early because it's horrible. But, since bungie lies to us all the -blam!-ing time, theyll tell us the data showed that rift was a success and give us a bunch of horse shit. There are other shitty developers, but none as bad as bungie.
