Just spent 40 MINUTES trying to assemble a trials fire team and I still can't do it. Apparently if you're not top 1% nobody wants to be on your team. Well Bungie, 99% of us are not top 1%. I'm tired of having to look through lfg sites to play this game. I spend more time doing that then actually playing. Just add matchmaking for f*ck sakes I don't understand why you don't! Make It optional, you can bring a fire team if you want to.
Edit: I guess people don't understand what optional means. Also I feel like we're at a point right now where most of the people still playing destiny are experienced players. I really don't feel like matchmaking would be as bad as some of you think it would be.

1 답변Bungie needs to add a fireteam finder area to the tower. There should be an assembly room in the tower were you can put yourself on a roster for an activity and when people need others they go to the roster in the assembly room and select teammates off the roster and it sends them a notification so the can join up.

11 답변I will bet money that they simple can't do it as an optional thing. Chances are that the actual game engine doesn't have the capacity built in to allow for the choice, and it has to be set as matchmaking or not matchmaking at the server side, not the client, hence the specific events with and without. Also, it's pretty obvious that the current matchmaking engine is pretty poor, and this would require something far more sophisticated in order to work properly, so I doubt we'll see matchmaking for all activities prior to Destiny 2, if even then Shame really, it's desperately needed

You can tell just how retarded someone is when they start going "troll troll troll, itll be optional. troll troll troll" No. It would ruin the game. Same reason why trading could never be implemented. it would ruin the game

6 답변Best advice is to find a the100.io group that matches your interests/plays in your region and do your own matchmaking. Bungie is clearly not interested in doing it.

1 답변Most replies to OP are along the lines you can't matchmake in trials or raids because playing with randoms wouldn't work, yet fail to realise that most raid groups are mostly random people off 3rd party sites. At least if you had matchmaking on normal mode raids people will be able to learn raids, make friends then move on to hard modes. Saves elitists and sweatys from moaning about noobs ruining there raid runs, simple

3 답변I needed a single heroic strike the other day, and my friends were raiding so I figured wth I'll just matchmake. Result 1: Guy quits after 5 minutes. Other guy sees him quit, and quits too. Back to Orbit. Result 2: One guy AFK for the first 10 minutes. Back to Orbit. Result 3: Friends got done and did it with me. Matchmaking is a good idea but they have to find ways to keep out the quitters, afk'ers, and the like or it's just more frustration.

It's not bungie's fault the community sucks. I usually have no problems finding end game players for stuff on third party sites or through friends and friends of friends. Try stick in smaller communities, less douchbags

2 답변This is one reason i don't organize Raids, I'll gladly help (if invited) but I'm not gonna go through the hassle. Sometimes it feels like you're begging, in reality you just want to play the content you've purchased.
