xur gave me Exotics I already had but year one.
This happened twice... I was wearing mask of the third man (Lvl 40) and I bought a legacy engram so he gave me Lvl 20 mask of the third man. I also had Lvl 40 MIDA-Multitool. He gave me a lvl 20 from a legacy engram....
