Not because of the warsat, not because of shankzilla. Its because of the damn hole you have to toss a grenade down to get through to the next area. The combination of this and trickle is painful, I've been sitting in the room for around 10 minutes waiting for my grenade to recharge because after 4 tries lightning grenades aren't up to the task. I get that its a unique feature and everything but seriously, the fact that only certain grenades can trigger it is kind of annoying.
