query not found?? had ttk for 360 cant transfer to xbox one
yeh when I got an xbox one I bought an original copy of destiny (disc) straight away (because I've been playing since it came out on the xbox 360) my data transferred and I was still level 40 with all my gear from 360 and I was able to download the first two dlc (TDB and HoW) but TTK didnt.. I did some research and found that I had to buy it AGAIN .____. (really) but when I click the purchase dlc button when the three options to buy ttk pop up (the code .. purchase normal and special edition) it comes up with a message saying query not found (I press the normal edition ttk like I did when I bought it for $70 on the 360!!)... also along with the query message it said :silver purchases will come after you sing out .. this is really frustrating and odd since I have items from the taken king but I cannot play game modes and night falls that I want too and have bought before. Please help Bungie I like this game and really enjoy playing and want The Taken King on Xbox One.

3 답변The licenses for The Taken King don't transfer across console generations. You will need to repurchase it on xbox one. Fortunately, the licenses for the other expansions travel for free.

2 답변You need to contact Microsoft as they control the store and should be able to help First though try going to the store directly and not through the game Make sure that all payment information is up to date and not have any expired cards etc
