So now that the big banana is coming to a close, do you think that the y2 system is better or worse than y1? In my opinion y1 was better. Though I have FINALLY acquired the ship, and my characters, on average raise a light level or two, I find there to be more of a grind than last year. I remember the loot table being larger last year. Being that you had the possibility to get not only what Shax was selling that week, but previous weeks IB gear as well. You could also get standard Crucible gear. I think if Bungie modified the current loot table to resemble last year's, the grind would be less,and the Iron Banner would be even more satisfying. Having said this, I have enjoyed myself, but don't think I'll be spending as much time in the Iron Banner next time. What are your thoughts? Edit: I messed up. The second option should read "worse than y1" Probably obvious but I wanted to clarify.
