LANDFALL SHOULD NOT DESTROY DEFENDER BUBBLE (here's your proof Cozmo)

3 답변Fist of havoc and Nova bomb also destroy it on activation and leave an aoe damage field for like 10 seconds after It breaking the bubble on activation does not make it overpowered The nerf that will happen is going to reduce landfall damage Thereby making the perk and exotic gauntlets granting the perk useless Instead of championing a nerf that isn't needed in the first place how bout you champion a buff to all other supers It's like you want the game to be less fun and I just don't get it

2 답변Damn Titans trying to nerf Warlocks now? Someone explain to me why Hunters have a bad rep for calling for nerfs? Nah Im just playing... landfall shouldnt do that. Actually, hell... let it do that, but if Landfall activates, make it drain 50% of the super energy just to be fair with other supers. Usually Im all about buffing stuff instead of nerfing, but in this case thats just broke / unintentional

1 답변The warlock who killed him the first time was actually in his bubble, using landfall directly on him, thus killing him. His friend was above the bubble, completely outside of it, and only popped the bubble. I see how landfall is somewhat unfair, but his initial complaint about the first warlock is entirely different

1 답변Now that my testing is complete, I just simply say buff the bubble to Landfall. Don't need to make it completely impossible to destroy or make the Landfall move completely worthless.

3 답변The guy in the video makes a good argument. As a Warlock main, I definitely don't want to see the class nerfed even though I don't normally run Stormcaller. Hopefully whatever is done, if anything, will be slight and focused not excessive and sweeping.

Thats broken.[/quote] Possible solutions might be: having landfall node active either 1) uses a portion of the Super meter upon casting, thus reducing the active time of indiscriminate slaughter post landfall bubble bursting. 2) leaves super meter unchanged from current amount, but causes it to deplete faster, like gunslinger's exotic helmet achlyophage symbiote. Like a 4th gg shot, landfall is additional lethal damage (potential, and not at the cost of an exotic slot) but also allows for kills immediately upon casting of the Super, without actually using the main body of the Super (I.e. deathbolts from afar). No other super, save perhaps fist of havoc and nova bomb allow for such instantaneous killing during casting, and both use up the full super. Everything else has an animation of casting, then at least a brief moment to aim somewhat close before fire/throw/slash-ing. These are my personal thoughts on the matter, uninformed as I am. OP's main point is that yes, other supers destroy bubble but they CONSUME THE SUPER ENERGY. Landfall destroys bubble then the warlock precedes to go on a wrecking spree with their entire super energy bar. Fist of Havoc, Golden gun, nova bomb, Hammers, all destroy bubble at the high cost of consuming almost all if not the entire super.
