And you can't find evidence that no God exists. So what is the point of this thread exactly? I'm agnostic btw. I just think it's dumb people think just because no tangible evidence exists that something isn't real. You don't know and you'll never know lol. Kind of a pointless debate.

It is more of a role of a Creator and this Creator would be our God. Example: If I created an ant with a Fedora on it, lets call him Fedora ant, then I would be its Creator; therefore making me its God. Would I be there to watch over Fedora ant at all times or would I have other things to do? When I am gone would he wonder if I existed? Even if I left it with a book and my spirit? Would he assume that he didn't have a maker? Would you assume a watch you found lying on the ground didn't have a maker either? Our existence is based on creation or more to the point everything we see/use has a maker. So is the Bible right about God then? It says your Creator within its pages so if we parallel with Fedora ant then in that instance the same can be inferred to both common properties. If P then Q Modus Ponens if creation (P) then there is a creator (Q). All the things that we know have a maker; therefore there has to be one.

If he isn't, I only spent 1/168 of my time. For you however, you spend 0/1 of your time on earth praising him to earn a potential infinite time in the darkness I described or you wasted no time. Here's another way to think about it. If you could choose to invest just $10 into an honest company that would guarantee to pay you back with billions of dollars or not pay you back at all, would you do it? I would since if it doesn't work out, I only lost out on $10 B. A universe without a beginning seems, well, irrational by definition. The existence of God seems to explain this irrationality for me. C. I'm happy hanging out with fellow Christians as there doesn't seem to be nearly as much disrespectful behavior going on with them as there is with my non-religious friends. I 'don't like my non-religious friends any less because of it, I just seem to enjoy myself more around Christians. Conclusion: From my experience, Christianity seems to me like a rational and peaceful alternative to believing that there is no meaning to the universe, and makes me feel good about myself and my friends. So, not exactly proof, but since God can't be proven or disproven, this is the best I've got. Edit: All I know is what I've seen. God has been there for me when I needed him most. It's easy to say you're an Atheist when you've got food and money and a nice house, but for about 6 years of my life I lived in a cramped little apartment building with 3 other people. We rarely had any spending money, my mother was always working... It was tough. It wasn't until we started to go to church on a regular basis that things started to turn around. My mother finally got the great job she was in school for so long for, we moved to a great area, I live right next to a great university I'm considering going to. Considering those insane turn of events I highly doubt it was coincidence.

Well let me me turn the question around and ask where is the evidence of how the Big Bang happened? Where did the chemicals come from that made the Big Bang? Tell me that it's the same thing I believe God is real I have faith that he is real and I guess you can have faith believing any kind of theory.

Archeology keeps finding support for biblical events. (Not including creation or earth age, talking about civilizations and recorded wars. Just saying its evidence, not proof
