SRL Question? Can't make the jump on Mars
Is anyone else crashing every time they go through the portal across the ravine on Mars?
This happens in every race, and it makes no difference how I try to control my sparrow. I've tried using different kinds of pitch and approach. It makes no difference. Strangely though, I never crashed once when I began racing on my basic 140 sparrow.
I got the EV-40 Snowstream from Amanda after winning my third race, and have been crashing all over the place.
I've also been trying to complete the "Jolly Holliday" quest by equipping "The Last Word" during SRL races, but have only reached 49% completion after at least 100 races. Any progress I make is discounted each time I crash.
I would like to complete this quest simply due to the time I've invested in it. I just can't understand why I keep crashing. I know I'm the worst player in the world anyway, but to win a race on a base sparrow then barely manage to finish one on the EV-40 is a mystery.
Is anyone else struggling to cross the ravine on Mars? Or am I really just that bad?

1 답변Are you wearing the SRL helm when doing a jump? If you look at the helm perks you can change the pitch if your bike which brings you down quicker. Either pull slightly up when in the air or remove the helm for that jump.

3 답변Make sure you are only holding the left trigger when going over the jump and do tricks with the emote pad. The trick sparrows are more sensitive to stick movement and never use the right trigger.
