Is booting people under 4k grimoire wrong? What about booting under 315 light?
I tend to boot people under 4k for HM oryx. Is this wrong or not? Do you guys think grimoire corrolates to skill? Explain in comments

I applaud you for looking out for the people that deserve to be there and deserve a good clean run. Any 310+ should easily be able to breeze through the raid with a simple to aquire load out, yet the simplest mechanics of the encounters are beyond them. My girlfriend watched me rage quit on a group at daughters, then find one at Oryx and smashed it after a couple gelling wipes. I said "That's how fast it's supposed to be, and the reason I won't stick around with those other kinds of groups." It's simple, you make a serious post looking for experienced quality help, and they show up with scraggly stats looking like ass momkeys. Kick kick kick Maybe it will encourage them to run normal more and get comfortable with it before stepping into clutch time.

Yes, pretty much the reason I stopped playing anything "social" related. The community on this game is ridiculous now . You'll find a cool group every now and then, but other than that . The community is a bunch of assholes anymore .

The key I think is a lot of people don't have TIME to grind like others. Had a friend on today who we used to raid all year 1 raids with. He was late to Ttk and behind. We had an Oryx CP and his Ogres were going down a bit slow. We never checked his light level. He was 306 and would obviously struggle. Solution? Took him to Warpriest and got him some 320 loot and he was 310 instantly. Back to Oryx, and first try we killed him and the player in question was melting ogres at 310. Even below 310, put them on relic and it's fine. Obviously this solution is not always an option because some idiots can't even jump on a few platforms..... I know plenty of complete retards with 4k g score and 315+ light. RnG and a few no knights Oryx kills says nothing about player ability. Most players with lower grimoire scores haven't gone ghost hunting.

4 답변I don't even understand what makes grimoire special, I've got like 3800 from just playing the game since ttk. I haven't tried for it, it just adds up.

1 답변Grimoire is not affiliated with skill at all it's just how much time you spend grinding for ghosts. I'm a day one player with a low grimoire

See how they play. I had a super low grim for a while but I run nova bomb in raid (to prove a point). My low score and borderline light level don't mean shit. I'm not the one dying. I'm not the cause of wipes. I'm not -blam!-ing up. So what if my grim or light isn't good

Grimoire nor light should be considered whether a player should kicked or not. Depend upon the circumstances, each player should be given the benefit of the doubt. Their attitude and as well as their performance should dictate whether they should receive a kick or not.

1 답변작성자: ccSPiTFiRΞ 12/27/2015 10:25:54 PMIf anything, I would say that Grimoire is a minor indication of experience in certain parts the game (not ghost hunting). But it has nothing to do with skill. Light also doesn't really indicate skill since 310+ could easily be gained by SRL racing.

10 답변Hell no it's not wrong. Lately I've been booting for low k/d. Even if it's just for a raid. I think k/d shows better skill rather than grimoire score.
