Is booting people under 4k grimoire wrong? What about booting under 315 light?
I tend to boot people under 4k for HM oryx. Is this wrong or not? Do you guys think grimoire corrolates to skill? Explain in comments

It's wrong bro I just got 4000 grimoire and I didn't farm these damn ghosts no I found them some people are year 2 players and want to play the game instead if searching for something everybody doesn't wants to do. Light maby if they know what to do are above like 306 good they won't survive without the light Drops mic*

People like this are what is wrong with the Destiny community. What does grimoire score have to do with skill? All it says is they haven't gotten bored enough to YouTube ghost and chest locations, which makes up the bulk of the score. Not weapons, not raids, not kills. I'm the same player at 4.5k grimoire score as I was at 2k. You've prob missed out on a lot of good players, maybe you have that kind of time to wait for something like scores

1 답변I have over 4000 grimoire on xbox and have completed the raid numerous times (318 light) but I have less then 4000 on my ps4, you're saying you would boot me on ps4 even if I had a good light level just because of grimoire? That's ridiculous.

I'll give you a chance Oryx is pretty easy as long as most ppl are coordinated and if I could melt my ogre when I was stuck at 309 then I'll let other ppl try it too. I don't think the grimore thing is fair either because they might be new ppl who used the spark of light and went straight into TTK stuff. But that's probably the reason that bungie tried to hide the grimore

Don't know why ppl keep putting an emphasis on grimoire. Just means you've had more time to look for dead ghost or complete some stupid ass quest or whatever. I know ppl with low grimoire but are pretty damn good at pve. As far as 315 light, its no different than being a 310 or hell a 300 for that matter. Sure in hard mode you need to be somewhat high to do damage and not get one-shot but if I'm not mistaken, you can be a 310 and still be fine. Don't know why ppl feel the need to do stupid stuff like that but to each his own.

Nah unless your grimoire is like 2000 then there's no need to question skill for you enter an activity with low grimoire around the 2000's that means you just bought the game and probably got carried through but booting people at 4000 is pretty harsh

1 답변Grimoire is based on how much time people have played the game. Skill has nothing to do with it.

1 답변It's not nearly as important as you think it is. For example my score is higher than yours. Can I do hard Oryx? Don't know, never attempted it. I'm sure there are thousands of players who have a much less score than I have and can probably do hard Oryx with their eyes closed.

True, grimiore does show experience, to an extent, for example having the card if atheon or the other raid bosses shows that someone has raid knowledge. However they couldve been carried through the raid too and didn't do much. Also, how the hell will someone earn an higher grimore score if people won't give them the chance to learn and beat a raid? Kinda wrong on light depending on how important it is. And by important i mean important and whether or not it'll have a significant role on possible outcomes. Not personal nitpicking requirements.
