Because Luke's lightsaber lured her to it, and because she has a strong connection to the force, just like the sky walkers before her, I believe that she may be Luke's daughter. You could say that she is Han and Lea'd daughter, but that does not make sense when considering that Lea is not as strong with the force as Luke, and she never became a Jedi, along with Han not being force sensitive. Is it impossible for Luke to have had a wife? The rules of the Jedi order changed, and it's not unreasonable to think that Luke got married, maybe even to another Jedi, and that Jedi could have been killed by Kylo Ren. Of course there could also be a case of incest, which would, um. Never mind that. I don't think Rey would just be some random person who just happened to be extremely powerful in the force.[/spoiler] also autocorrect screwed me over, I meant Luke not likens.
