So here's why I ask. I've been in to destiny in a big way. Since alpha right through. I've done my share of raiding. I've always been trying to hit max level as soon as possible and I've always managed to do it really early just due to my playtime and the amount of grinding I've put in. But I've been away since the week before hard mode. I was burnt out and wasn't really enjoying it anymore for the obvious reasons. So I'm getting back into it now for a bit and struggling to get in to a hard raid. Now I've never seen this issue before with raids. Seems to be unique with kings fall. Is this just the way it is now. Like I say I've never run hard mode yet but I considered myself pretty decent in pve. What do u guys think.
Just to add if people want 318 plus then that's cool for them. I'm not complaining but when u look on lfg it made me think hard mode must be some nearly impossible task.
Wow. Lots of good people on here. Didn't expect so many level headed folk on here. GG guardians.

310 is fine ppl forget damage output increase goes by five so those who ask 318+ appear ignorant because a 315-319 will all be the same. Same for ppl that say well I have a 320 black spindle, your weapon level does not determine damage its your overall light level.

1 답변Yes, hard mode can be tackled by 306+. Oryx should have mostly all 310+. We had a 307 and beat Challenge oryx last night.

4 답변I was 305 when I first ran it. I'd have no problem running with a 305 up for hard raid. My buddy was 305 and by time we got to oryx challenge he was 311. He never -blam!-ed up once the entire raid

If I don't know you, (random LFGer) you better be a high light. Why? Because I don't want to spend 4 hours on something that takes an hour. I'd rather take a chance saving time with a high light scrub than a low light stud. There is absolutely no way to distinguish the two on LFG. If I know you, different story.

When I beat it the first three times, no one was over 309 and we didn't know about the "no knight start." Oryx was the only challenging part and only because of how punishing the light difference is. People shouldn't have any issues now though. Took a friend who was 308 for Oryx challenge and he wasn't the one making mistakes.
