It's like destiny hurt them, and they want to hurt destiny back. But instead of spending time with their new girlfriend, they sit around texting the ex on her forums to make them jealous.

I do: The Record Book Vol.1 And before anyone says "You can get gear from it, so that's why you have to pay", Bungie literally could have made that an upgrade node inside of the book that would allow you access to the gear, instead of taking the stats from the players

A game can be perfect in every way that it physically can be(Destiny isn't but that's not the point) and someone will still be butthurt about it

Forced? Nope. Tempted? Hell, yes! Successful temptation? Hell, yes! Bought every sparrow. Feel bad, guilty, traitorous? Not in the least. I buy what I want to buy, I don't buy what I don't want to buy. And I don't feel the need to rant on a forum about what I don't want to buy. Or vilify others for buying what I don't want to buy. Or rage that what I don't want to buy shouldn't even be available to buy. Or that the fact that what I don't want to buy is available to buy is proof of some massive conspiracy designed to advance the cause of corporate evil throughout the world resulting in the inevitable corruption and destruction of all that is entertaining and recreational.
