I hope they make the gaze random. We get some kind of buff thing and have to take the gaze. Bungie really needs to stop making shit so easy for shitty players. I came across a 317 the other night who never took the relic in VoG, never took the sword in Crota, and never ran gaze/relic in KF! Players like that are shit.

This was just done in a previous post i seen and they didnt get anything! 2 gazers and 6 orbs dropped everytime

Uh you do know this is the intended mechanic right? I made sure to run this my first 2 runs even tho one orb was being used the second day. I know most people think this will be it, but this is simply the intended mechanic.

My guess is you won't be able to use the same orb twice.

I know what is going to be, kill golgoroth... without dropping any orb

For this fight it really helps to have 2 of each class... 1 Titan (Void/Solar), 1 Warlock (Solar) for the role of Gazers 1 Warlock preferably Arc for thrall/taken control 2 Hunters with Void and 1 titan with Weapons of light for DPS. We use the 3orb strategy... One of the gazers (A) should be an experienced one because he will keep the gaze for the whole duration (25sec) The other one (B) will just take the gaze while the pit team will shot the next orb...the moment they shoot it down then the experienced gazer (A) takes his turn. The orbs that we shoot down are on the side where Gazer A is and next to each other...if you saw the video I mean 4,5,6 or 1,2,3. When we start the fight, Gazer B is the one who picks it first...after that, all 5 are shooting the first orb and the pit team goes down, while Gazer A shoots Golgoroth to take the stare. The first thing the pit team (Warlock,2 hunters,titan) should do is for the titan to use a bubble with WoL and when Gologoroth starts to "look" at you, one of the hunters uses the bow, and you keep damaging until Gazer A shifts the gaze with B.After that happens, the next thing to do is shoot the NEXT bubble, when it cracks, and the gaze is back to A you shot the second arrow and and keep damaging (there may be still be a bubble around so go through it to get the buff.) When A shifts the stare again with B, you shoot the 3rd orb and wait for Golgoroth to start looking at you when A picks up again. When that happens Gazer B should come down and help the others with the DPS. After that when you hear the timer close to 3 everyone should abandon the pit and reform. The Warlock down in the pit should be responsible for taking out the thralls in time and in times shoot Golgoroth, but his MAIN priority should be taking out thralls and taken.Zhallo works wonders for this role... Make sure you have enough ammo for each phase and good communication with each other and he should go down in 2 phases. The DPS people should have Black Spindle and nothing else, also use synthesis if they run out, make sure to make good use of the WoL and the arrows and you can damage Golgoroth for 150.000 per hit! Gazer B can help the Warlock in the pit clear some thralls from where he will be standing until he gets the gaze back from A.

A REAL challenge would to be kill golgorath AFTER u fill the tablet.. Self Rez warlocks please:)

What if you have to do 6 orbs, 6 gazers?!? People in the pool would have to jump out in turns and alternate holding the gaze! Edit: I flippin called it!!

How will we know what the challange is if bungie doesnt tell us?
