So...Bungie is finally starting to implement fun into their game, and people are bitching about it?
I guess I can't say I'm surprised, but really people? This game is lacking one fundamental factor in videogames; fun. Halo knew how to have tons of fun with itself, that's what made it so great. Now the live team is going to add a harmless, fun feature and it's getting shit on already... I'm disappointed.
When I saw this announcement I was overcome with joy. It's a [b]huge[/b] sign that bungie is starting to remember how to have fun with games again. I can't wait to see what they'll do in the future.

Well seeing as how if you want better gear via the SRL event you need to spend 1000 silver which is...of course 10 dollars....Yea bungie lost me after that I only want the neon blue legendary shader so my titan, warlock, and hunter can rock that bad ass neon blue badassness but after that yea what? 10 dollars to get better gear for hitting checkpoints, doing races, and etc...ya done lost me

4 답변Sadly a majority of this community is full of self entitled brats who could not be anymore ungrateful even if they tried. They think Bungie owes them the world and fill the forums full of poison. Personally I can't wait for sparrow racing, it seems innocent and very fun, a nice change in content. I'm actually pleasantly surprised too that the silver aspect is only cosmetic.

11 답변I may not have been the most excited for this but seeing all of the complaining and straight up disdain/entitlement going on makes me want to quit destiny more then any other reason (im not going to, just stating the reason why if i were to). Its like some people think that because we do have communication of some kind with those who develop or publish or advertise or whatever verbiage you want to associate it with, that they can just ask for whatever and then act like destiny screwed them over. News flash. This game is first in its kind, it will have issues, its an evergrowing (slowly but surely) gaming universe. And then come the "theres not enough content, blah blah repetitive mission blah blah". Stop over playing this game, im one to admit i have almost 2000 hours sunk in and yes, i get bored, i do feel like there coild be more to this, and yes, it is repetitive. But thats because I overplayed it, i burnt through the content faster then i needed to. I do wish that they would of kept the other raids relevant as i miss running VOG and CE but you dont see me crying about how bungie screwed me over or pychologically addicted me. Smh. I just dont get why people feel so entitled.

Well for one this was announced instead of any future dlc, if this would have came with dlc it would have probably been fine (like ToO) but it's just a standalone thing. And it's only going to last 3 weeks and you can buy good sparrows and racing gear with silver.

1 답변If this was introduced with TTK release and the challenge mode for the hard raid this would still be my go to game. I think they just screwed up too many times for people to be positive. What I don't understand is why is this only a 3 week event??

That is the community norms: bitching and complaining a.k.a freedom of speech. Nothing wrong about it as everyone have their right to say, for sure some of them abuse that or...........lets don't go to conspiracy on that. Anyway, no matter it is a money milking plan from the companies at least they listen, so far they put a lot of communities feedback to real work that is something need to be done these days in gaming industry. Although some commercial elements infused on the way and make it not "100% user preferred", at least it something. While we have our right to ask for the best, better not asking for everything for nothing, we are too used to "get thing for free" in internet era. "Take it or left it", simple.

4 답변It is not the sparrow racing itself that is the issue, it is the fact that they are trying to get you to buy silver to get special things for the sparrow racing. that without the silver and buying you probably will not get access to those things.

1 답변I've always had fun on destiny? The difference between me and people who complain they're not having fun is because they get all moody when rng doesn't go their way, me though I just do not care what I get :)

I was surprised when I checked the forum and all I saw was complaints about sparrow racing. Then I realized there were going to be micro transactions involved, so I went from excited to indifferent....and I'd still like to hear about the next dlc
