SPARROWS USED FOR RACING (AND THE NEW GEAR) ARE PURCHASED WITH SILVER!! KEEP BUMPED SO EVERYONE IS INFORMED!
SUPER EDIT: Lol! Guess what!? I am going to buy a Sparrow that is very good. I am going to buy the $10 Record Book to allow me to earn a 320 helmet. I am going to use said Sparrow to get said 320 helmet from racing. I am going to infuse that Helmet into my helmet to raise my light. Technically, I will have paid for light level change.
When my Sparrow (THAT I WILL PAY FOR) is faster than yours, please complain to Bungie.

We can then have time to listen to the community, get feedback... see if we should scrap or continue with the idea..." Well the SRL event hasn't even left the ground officially yet and I'de say that it has thus far been an overwhelming NO from the community. Pay to win (or more truthfully, pay to 'record' your win) on console games that some of us have already spent $120.00++ on... #CmonMan! That's some real angry birds / candy crush type of shit you guys are pulling. I thought we were better than this. :/
